Unfortunately that time has come, Christmas will soon be upon us so to have one final and hopefully nice large meet before we enter the new year we will be having a Christmas meet.
We've proposed booking hotel rooms so that we can all meet up on the Saturday, have an evening meal and the most important thing have a drink. If you currently do not drink may i suggest you start 
This will be held in a central location for all, Leicestershire.
Location for Food is currently unknown, but we intend to do a group booking for the hotel to hopefully bring the prices down. This thread will be updated as and when more information becomes available.
The Pricing for the hotel is as follows:
Double Room - £51.00
Twin Room - £51.00
Single Room - £45.00
Breakfast is priced at the following:
Full English Breakfast - £7.95
Light Breakfast (Tea/Coffee/Juice/Cereal/Toast) - £4.95

NOTE: We will need to know by 16th October if you want to come and will be collecting payment for the hotel between 16th-21st October so that the group booking can be made.
The price may be less for the group booking the above prices are the maximum cost.
