Exhaust Components from Tuning Developments!

 

 

Hi all,

 

We’re proud to launch our full exhaust systems for the GT86/BRZ & FR-S, with manifolds to follow shortly once CAT options have been explored fully.

 

The systems are all manufactured here in the UK and are made from high quality stainless steel. All joints are flanged with bolts holding the whole thing together, no sleeve joints can be found here!

 

At the moment, we offer:

 

Overpipe

2^nd Decat Pipe

CAT Back Exhaust

 

The CAT Back Exhaust comes with the options of being non-resonated, resonated, or our new super resonated on the mid section; non resonated and resonated are shown in the pictures.

 

Our new super resonated system is approximately 6Db quieter than our resonated system when measured at 5000rpm static test. It is proving a popular addition to our NA Tuning Package  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Current Prices (inc VAT) are as follows:

 

Overpipe - £165.00

2^nd Decat - £183.00

CAT Back (Non-Resonated) - £480.00

CAT Back (Resonated) - £576.00

CAT Back (Super Resonated) - £615.00

 

Fitting is available on all of our exhausts, CAT back systems are currently FREE FITTING!, overpipes are £72.00 inc VAT to fit. Our full exhaust system would be £99.00 inc VAT to fit.

 

If demand is there, we can look to run a group buy on these for folk to reduce prices a little further.

We're trying to get some time free to play around with the parts and get some back to back dyno testing completed.

 

The car is currently running the full exhaust system with manifold, torque dip has been hugely improved, a little more work and we're confident it will be removed fully

 

I'll update the post as soon as this is done

Which bit is it that has the most effect on the torque dip ? Or do you need the lot ?

Manifold is the major player with the torque dip, we will be trying the manifold with a stock exhaust system also and seeing how that goes, all part of our R&D

Very much so yes, huge improvement, more tuning to be done soon with our intake kit but the manifold is doing exactly what we hoped it would do

 

It is an equal length design however as I've seen you're after the un-equal length for your car?

do you have to remove some of the inlet piping resonator boxes to get this to fit?

Have you got an induction kit on the car in the photos??

It fits with all the OE intake parts, however we would recommend at least the resonator delete

 

Currently being ran with the OE airbox and has been for a while now.

Resonated CAT back, but straight through second decat with no sports CAT, so it is quite loud at the moment yes!

Coming upto 3 years on from our exhaust system being fitted onto our own car, inspection at the weekend shows it is still in A1 condition  We run the resonated system on our car, currently making over 330bhp.
