GT86Jay 202 Report post Posted June 25, 2014 Twin Turbo, But it still only makes 300bhp. Which single Avo Turbo is making.... I wonder what the main advantage will be. Quicker spool up? More torque?

Kodename47 446 Report post Posted June 25, 2014 Twin Turbo, But it still only makes 300bhp. Which single Avo Turbo is making.... I wonder what the main advantage will be. Quicker spool up? More torque? One would assume 2 smaller turbos and each turbo being powered by one bank of the engine. Should result in an almost instant spool
Pitman 188 Report post Posted June 25, 2014 If you read the post about it, I think it is as much about because it can be done, and to show the shops capabilities, as anything else. Steve, I don't think the turbos are that much smaller than the AVO one (I may be wrong), so only have the exhaust pressure from two cylinders may actually have a detrimental effect on spool time. Keethos 842 Report post Posted June 25, 2014 That looks mental but does seem weird to only have 300bhp....then again I'm not technical enough to know why
Lauren 2259 Report post Posted June 26, 2014 The reality is, 300bhp is easily enough I would say.
GT86-Ian 351 Report post Posted June 26, 2014 Looks fantastic but I bet its a very expensive 300bhp.
