LFA 68 Report post Posted February 28, 2015 Tell me about your exhausts. I'm finding my unres milltek a touch loud and I've decided quiet is the new loud. Anyone running a quiet set up? Ta
rob275 1817 Report post Posted February 28, 2015 I have the same system as you, it seems to be getting louder and louder... I just think I have a hole in it, you could always swap the resonator in? see what difference it makes.

GTB 53 Report post Posted February 28, 2015 I have H & S cat back unres with a Cobra secondary cat delete pipe (which according to Mark @ Abbey is resonated). On Map 1 poodling about and day to day driving it is fine, nice sound, totally tolerable and non-intrusive. I live on a private estate full of coffin dodgers and no complaints. On Map 2 it is fantastic. Has a Subaru-esque growl on the mid range. Absolutely wicked and turns heads, a real jeckyl and hyde system ! Was going to change it as felt too loud but love it to bits now ! Happy to demo at Goodwood next week.
smudge 1020 Report post Posted February 28, 2015 I took the resonated mid pipe out of my Q300 and replaced it with a straight through because it was TOO quiet!
LFA 68 Report post Posted March 7, 2015 Might have a good look at mine to see if it has a hole in it. I'd swear it has got louder too.
Mark@Abbey M/S 235 Report post Posted March 7, 2015 Ed, I have been looking at the Invidia system which seems a good quiet system or we make our own system. I we make our own system we can angle the outlets towards the floor to help for noise tests. Catch up next week for a chat. Thanks 1 LFA reacted to this
