I would've burned the shoes and took away the keys from her so she can never drive it again, it's a stupid idea to drive in heels, I've never done it but I can't imagine the tiny heel footprint lends itself to much control as clearly evidenced here

I drive in my heels every weekend, no problems here using toes

I never drive in heels. I only drive in flat shoes or bare foot during the summer which is my favourite option.

I would rather drive barefoot than wearing slippers. Slippers have a tendency to slip-off and stuck on pedals.

They'll make them in whatever colour you want, though I rather prefer the suede 'R' version myself.
