question Interior Red Door Handle Pull/Grip

Hi all,

So, I want to get rid of the red interior trim pieces on my 86 when I collect it, however I can't seem to find these handles in black. Could anyone give me a part number or a place I can buy them? It doesn't look like I'd be able to spray them black.

Are these just held on with screws?
