Luke 193 Report post Posted October 12, 2018 Is there a Toyota version of vag com or op com so that you don't have to visit the dealer to program tyre pressure sensors or new keys to the car? 1 scbrz reacted to this
Church 209 Report post Posted October 12, 2018 You mean something like Toyota Techstream? 1 Luke reacted to this

SnappyChariot 6 Report post Posted October 12, 2018 Apparently Carista can now do TPMS. Dongle is about £15, subscription about £30 a year. Have the dongle but not the subscription - nor 2 sets of TPMS valves for that matter ;-)
TRDhachi 2 Report post Posted October 12, 2018 I bought a cracked version of techstream of eBay with an OBD2 cable. I used it to re write the ecu vin number, worked fine.
Luke 193 Report post Posted October 14, 2018 Can you use the carista app for multiple cars? I could see a real use for this if I can plug into the family fleet and diagnose/reset most fault codes.
KAS 25 Report post Posted October 23, 2018 Yeah you can use that app on more than one car, but you can just get a cheap app and dongle to simply read and delete fault codes.Charista let’s you fiddle with stuff like how long the interior light stays on for
Badger 63 Report post Posted February 1, 2019 Got mine through today so played with it at lunch, its really easy to use and you can enter new TPMS id's for other wheels. Just need to record what they are for each wheel each time. The interior light timer was useful as it goes off too quick, adjusted the follow me home headlight timer too.
