Good choice, circuit pack is a must obviously. Shame you can't spec both packs really in my opinion. Didn't realise there was two options on the white. I think flat white probably suits the car better. I am sure it will be worth the wait. Will be a nice exclusive car too as I doubt even with all the raving reviews they will sell too many. But then as they are not been built on mass and not for profit I shouldn't think that really matters. Nice to have something exclusive that will also hold value and command the future classic tag line.

Ah yes I watched a couple of video reviews last night and they said its those colours only as you say. Must be my dodgy NHS monitor at work Personally I quite like red, although the white mates the lines and features more prominent. @Lauren you keeping on the white theme? Only bit of styling I am not 100% on is the rear wheel arch flares but I reckon its probably something that looks a lot better in person. The rest of the looks especially the front is I see Chris Harris just posted a picture of one on a country road saying "sensational little scamp and shames modern super cars" So assume he likes it and hopefully has a video review on the way

Oh the pain. Delayed till 30th November for all. The anticipation is killing me! 😫

Fitted a switched OBD2 port extender. I ran it behind the stereo and into the glovebox. When I wanted to use an OBD2 reader mine could be a bit temperamental sometimes and I'd read using an extender could sort this. Being switched also means I can just leave the obd2 port reader in all the time without any worry of battery drain or throwing codes. Finally, it's also just much easier to access now!

Toyota took their final balloon payment today of £8860. With a small-ish personal loan, the car is now mine. IMG_5453 by Lauren Blighton, on Flickr

There's no reason why it can't be going in 30 years time, just like my AE86 is. I'll run my GT until I have to buy another car, then I will simply retire it from daily duties like I did with my AE86. I'm not sure about those beaded seat covers, though.

Insurance renewed today with Prestige, same price as last at £606. I have business insurance and this covers me for 30,500 miles, all mods declared of course. That it didn't go up was a main reason for me simply renewing this year. Also I spoke to Toyota Finance about clearing the balloon payment of £8800, they told me that Toyota would be making a withdrawal for the final amount automatically on the 28th January, so whilst I could pay it today, I'd have to inform my bank to sort out the attempt to withdraw the money on the 28th which would still happen even if I paid it today! So I opted just to let Toyota draw it in three days time. Then the car will be mine, save for a £7K personal loan!
