GT86/BRZ/FR-S Manifold/Headers From Tuning Developments
Tareim replied to Mike@TD.co.uk's topic in Tuning Developments
we only need 1 cat for UK MOT purposes, it's other markets that are stricter on the emissions (particularly cold start emissions) which is why there are 2 of them and that annoying cold start up Errr wrong. I have a secondary decat pipe which is clear that it doesn't have a cat and passed my MOT and it wasn't one of those fiddled jobbies that some people do Sent from my XT1572 using Tapatalk -

every little helps with managing under bonnet temps on these cars

ah the EL one, I think it's just the UEL one with the tiny cat in it
-
which HKS manifold? as one of them only has like 10cm (at most) length of celled section so unlikely to be too effective

yes you want the tyre flat to the road but when you are cornering the tyre would start to move into positive camber if you were set to 0 deg camber so having some negative camber actually brings the tyre flat to the road when cornering hard hence improving the handling

I did ask them why they didn't have any gt86 discs on their fb page quite some time ago, can't remember the reason why they didn't now
-
I had considered one of these a couple times, glad I didn't waste my money, thanks for making me aware
-
I do like MTEC, had their discs on my old MG and did improve the braking, it's a shame they don't offer a disc for the GT86 in it's standard measurements
