ok I give up, what's the question then Mark
-
Where's the fun in that? Jeff has guessed my next question
-
ok how about, so when are you getting a Copen then?
-
How Much? or Can I have them?
-
as someone said on another site, people might like it better if the top grille was pushed back in slightly and possibly had the silver/chrome mesh like the original 124
-
not heard anything figure wise on that yet, wouldn't be surprised if it's only 160 like the american version of the standard car
-
1.4 turbo pushing 140bhp and 177 lb-ft where as the US version gets the same engine at 160BHP & 184 lb-ft same engine as the 500 Abarth
-
looking good, how much will it cost to get them both done?

are there any NVH with these? also will it make any difference on an auto? -
I actually think it looks much better than the MX5, got less of a droopy face and has a resemblance albeit slightly to the dodge viper to me
-
so you're actually getting those star wars vinyl put on the car?
-
sounds like an amazing opportunity, all the best with it :)
-
314 like I said on the other thread

I travelled 200+ miles on way for fensport, the distance is worth it to get a remap
-
I thought oil wasn't recommended due to the maf?
-
that's excellent news
-
oh I get it, when I wrote it I didn't think about the other way it could be read haha
-
So today I had my remap done by Adrian and I'm very pleased with the results, where the car used to feel flat at times it now pulls throughout the rev range and in all gears. I did make things awkward to begin with by putting my own intake setup (will do pics at some point) on the car so the maf values had to be scaled correctly before any tuning could actually take place. currently unknown on the power figures but I would like to guess at an extra 20bhp? as it definitely feels a big increase but wont know for definite till I put it on a dyno, could've stayed a bit longer to get a bit more out of the top end maybe but it had been a long day for me and needed to get back on the road home and have some food The biggest difference for me, stock vs mapped is the throttle response it's just perfect now and on some windy roads I found it was great that I could let off and get back on the power so quickly when needed previously it felt slightly delayed. it was well worth the 200+ miles/3.5hr journey to get to Fensport, Thanks again Adrian

I brought it up as a point that you can't compare dyno results from different dyno's as when Lauren had her AE86 on the dyno at TD Mike said that if it were at TDI North it would've read a little bit more

I done the 10 month booster with elephant, works great to build your NCB
-
mine will be as I have a UEL manifold

according to the japanparts site: Product Information Without Extension. 30mm wider than original. Pair. Need some work to install. also I have no idea where that bit of text with kethos came as I definitely didn't type it :S
-
didn't Mike say that the TDI North dyno reads higher which is why your AE86 was a bit low on the figures?
