my zip's always break on me so button up ones are better imo

yeah you're not easily going to be able to retrim the dash unless you don't care for a working passenger airbag
-
no you don't, the airbag comes from out of the top of the dash not where your gauges are watch from 3:50 to see how the passenger airbag works

Northern Meet/Open Day @ Tuning Developments

a lot of bacon -
that's a good point, if these cars can take the abuse of being experience day vehicles and not have anything go wrong then surely that's a good testament to their reliability?
-
they've been around for 3 years already and about 4k of them on the road, so while there wont be as many as a Fiesta for example this isn't a car you would forget about if you dealt with it broken down
-
a brave man for chopping the roof, I'd be too scared that the frame will warp/lose strength doing that
-
are you just doing a carbon fibre overlay or are you going to be replacing the roof entirely with carbon fibre?
-
glad to hear it has worked out well for you and that you're enjoying it now rather than hating it. Good things comes to those who wait

if they didn't have TRD on it I would've considered it if the price was right but having a TRD logo on a Subaru doesn't look good

was that with all aids of Chris?
-
oh didn't realise you're fairly experienced and wanted more car specific advice haha the brakes (even standard) are fantastic at stopping the car but can fade if you're really pushing on and doing a long stint over 15 mins
-
look out for any muppets on the track and steer clear of them, also perhaps start with all aids on if you're not too confident with it then after a couple laps turn on vsc sport and then even turn it all off
-
haha oh dear
-
sort of?
-
I'm guessing this is it http://www.empperformance.com/

a nice bit of technical info there which we don't normally get, interesting to see how you're changing things based on what is happening in other areas
-
lucky you have a rollover jig otherwise that'd be an absolute nightmare, keep up the good work
-
I have to agree with Deacon, don't let 1 person spoil it for everyone else here
