Yeah definitely! This is just pure laziness! No need for it. Torque settings are there for a reason, not for when you feel like it.

What's reversing in got to do with anything? What if where you want to go is in front of the car? Like a badly lit car park... Either way useful tip I didn't know this will try next time

Hi Herbie, I'm afraid like the others suggested you are pretty limited in what you can do. Fitting wheels with higher offset will lighten the steering but that will obviously cost a considerable amount and impact looks (the wheels are sunken enough as it is). Then there is the larger steering wheel option. For response you can install stiffer or solid steering rack bushings. I am too am a ex 200SX owner, absolutely loved the car, but age got the better of it (rust!) I never noticed the steering being superior to the 86 though. Funnily enough I bought an 86 based on the fact it reminded me of my 200SX.

Congrats The stock wheels don't look half bad all one colour.
-
I just get confused looks. Most people don't know what it is. Usually a Celica or Supra.
-
Sounds like you just don't brake as much Lauren
-
My brake pedal also has this wear. 27k miles and 2 years old. Does seem odd.

That's a bloody long way for a service. Why not go to Abbey?

Is it true that uel manifolds encourage ringland fail?
Varelco replied to Blameshift's topic in Mechanical
This is one of those statements that's been knocking around for years. We are always told it but I've never seen the evidence. -
Events in Sweden? This site seem very co.ukish

Not a problem on this engine pal. Rumble away -
Yeah this always baffles me. There are much better exhausts out there than the Milltek

I emailed mark about converting my stock manifold to catless as Abbey offered that service. In a nutshell its pretty pointless for the cost time and effort.
-
Aaaaah OK, I missed Wills post! I didn't realise they made a cast version of it. @Deacon @Lauren My bad.

Definitely did At some point between 2015-2016 Toyota stopped supplying the OZ wheels and switched the SF2, the Blanco model is also supplied with the SF2. Run a search on autotrader/motors/pistonheads for the last of the Aeros and you will see they are all fitted with TRD alloys.
-
Hey im only going by the information given he is after the wheels in his photo... which are TRD SF2's. Some Aeros were shipped with these wheels. There is a guy on here with a black aero supplied with the SF2.
-
It depends on how you drive it, some people aren't bothered some are. Im fed up with it now, but I also end up on the motorway alot and when you cruise at 70-80 you sit right slap bang in the worst of it. I have a Gruppe-S manifold which I will be fitting along with a remap.
-
Most likely, it is on the loud side for sure, one of the loudest catbacks available, there are tons of Youtube videos of the N1, its a popular exhaust. Ay?
-
They are TRD SF2's if you didnt know already, might help with your search
-
That level of repair should be around £200. I have something similar on my bumper and have had a few quotes around that figure. Put it this way I had a full bonnet respray on my Golf for £150 (Gloss non metallic black)

Considering that some of the high flow cats are marginal on their own (in terms of failing an MOT) you shouldn't have to worry too much as you have the cat in the manifold to supplement it. Btw car sounds great

Sprintex 210+ Intercooled Supercharger
Varelco replied to rob275's topic in For Sale GT86 / BRZ Parts
I'm sure im not the only one who has been tempted to PM Rob several times since this add come up If the price was dropped to nearer £2K id have it. Still gotta factor in that you need a Ecutek license, fitting (if not DIYing) and mapping which really adds up the cost (not miles away from a new kit) Lauren is being soft with him though... -
I had a Raceseng gear knob and I paid a ridiculous amount for that... it was beautiful and very heavy but I didn't like the way it made the shifts feel (very numb). So is it only the S and SS available from our cars judging from the pdf?
