I for one would be up for more frequent meets, maybe we could try attend some other ones too with other cars/clubs & represent? Especially seein as I think ive only met a handful of people from both owners and drivers clubs at the amber performance day, and saw rob on the m25 that one time xD

well from one of the charts I saw on fensport, it still gains net vs stock, just less than what an EL manifold will give you: http://www.fensport.co.uk/Parts/Model_108/Category_4/5041 Really isn't much, but au contraire, you don't "lose" HP... I think, im just going by what ive seen :P. worth asking people who have installed them, ( i'm planning to in the not so distant future) -edit- Just seen you have an EL, My bad lol in your case yeah you'd lose ponies

Just to ease your misgivings, I also think it looks nice :P. Unfortunately I am not very knowledgeable as to where you could get it fitted and sprayed lol. Im sure someone will know something tho!

Awesome cheers! Just was looking up info about these dry air filters and read some negative stuff from some older HKS & other manufacturers foam products "Shedding" and getting gunk sucked into the engine. think it was on a scooby forum. Anyways good to know it won't need replacing!

Hiya people! So I was perusing on one of the many websites that do modifications & tunes to our lovely vehicles and something caught my eye with the ECU N/A reflash, "What if there's a recall or a warranty claim pending? If required the ecu can be reflashed back to standard, once recall work is complete, the tuned map can be re installed." Now I may have missed a post on the forum/ I have little knowledge in these things atm ( I am a newbie ) but was wondering has anyone done this and has everything been fine with the warranty claim etc? reason I ask is I am looking towards the not so distant future in potentially getting some upgrades done with respect to the exhaust and intake that from what i read do merit a tune, and i don't particularly want to risk the engine warranty being voided due to the tune. Also has anyone got any experience with the Cosworth Stage 1.0 upgrade? If so how is it? Cheers in advance!

Thanks for the info! Wouldn't mind having a Cosworth badge on my '86 hehe. If I'm free I might see if I can come along to that, though for the moment I'm happy with the car, was just looking and researching and scheming >:D lol. Also what are ppls thoughts on plastidipped badges? I'm thinking of doing it as a really cheap visual mod
