I think it is a BRZ thing.
-
I took the "Subaru" and "BRZ" writing off mine, a 5 minute job.
-
Ok. So if I turn up before 9.30 I can just park in an exhibitor area for free, but can't leave until the show ends?
-
If I decide to just turn up, will it be free entry?

Not a problem, I only wash the car about once a month at most . I guess next time I come to wash the car I'll really see if it has made things easier.
-
Could be right. I was expecting this to be something that would prevent the car from getting dirty by not letting water dry on it. Taking both cars for a spin after washing and drying showed that water that flicked from various places (like the inside of mirrors), splashed along the doors and then dried. So I'm not really sure what this is supposed to do. I would say this isn't really any less work than using Mer polish. With that you can just apply it to the cloth you use for drying the car (and I can get a lot more uses out of that than a small bottle of this stuff).

I know that, but the fact I had watermarks when I took the car out suggests water is drying on the car instead of rolling off.
-
Just washed my son's car with the remainder of the bottle. I don't know if it is because the car is black or because there was more sun about, but the result was not as good. Had a lot of marks on the car that required me to wipe over with a wet cloth and then wipe off. When I took the car out after, when I got back there were dried water marks which suggest it isn't working (also had watermarks on the BRZ after I took it out yesterday). Have to see how things look when it rains, but I'm not convinced by this and so far no better than the Mer polish.

See the Wet Coat topic.

Just done mine. Two washes and then two thirds of a bottle of Wet Coat. Took over 2 and a half hours compared to the usual hour it gets.
-
Washed the car twice and applied. Doesn't look any better than the usual polish I use but I guess I won't know until it rains what the improvement is. Think I may have overdone it as used two thirds of a bottle.

That looks really good. Can you use that stuff on the glass?
-
The 2 coupe reminds me of just a smaller 3 coupe. Really miss my 325i and would love to get another 3 series coupe in the future. If I was single I think I'd sell the BRZ and get myself a 2nd hand 335i.

Make sure you immerse yourself in the latest games like Night Driver and Pole Position so you get a real sense of driving.

It has a 12 year warranty for rust so Subaru must be pretty confident it isn't going to rust during that time.
-
Window panel rust in a 4 year old car? Disappointing.

I have this in mine

Anyone with a Cossie S/C south of London?
Willtl replied to Subota Boy's topic in GT86/BRZ General Chat
How much is this including fitting? No doubt this is something I'll be interested in if I keep the car. Will the garage that fits this take over the warranty for the engine or are you screwed if it all goes terribly wrong in the future? -
Mine came with that, must have been a spec change at some point.
-
No, I have silver fins and rear tinted windows. [emoji41]
-
I have a car that looks exactly like that!
-
No, anyone can use it.
-
Autotrader or exchange and mart.

Ta. Ordered it. Will test it on my son's Punto. ...then the BRZ, the A6 and Dodge Journey (if there is enough left). It says this is OK to use on wheels. Are people using it on wheels, kind of concerned about whether it is no good for brakes.

I think I'll give this is a go. Is the cheapest place to buy from their site? How many washes will you get out of the smallest bottle?
