40 is really low, I struggled to clear humps at -20mm!

I'm finding my windows stay a lot cleaner after a round of gtechniq G1/G5, the beads of water seem to carry away the crud quite nicely.

My Audi was studs and nuts. I thought pretty much everything was these days.

I got mine from Sumo Power, very good price with forum discount, cheaper than importing them myself.

Help - want to lower the BRZ what my options

As above, get coilovers. If you're dropping 25 mm on springs, they're going to be far too stiff for the stock dampers. You'll end up with an uncomfortable ride. -
Getting tempted by the PS4s I have to say, they look really good.

I've not noticed it, but I tend to wear polarised sunglasses at the merest hint of sunshine.

Can you get them in a bundle deal with this?

Always boobs.

I was intending to save cash by buying separate foam and MLV; MLV is £12/m², 6mm closed cell foam is £10/m², the combined stuff is more like £60/m². A five quid can of spray adhesive and I have the same stuff for less than half the price.

5kg/m2 stuff, I just budgetted for not too much of it! Probably worth throwing in some silent coat or similar to load the doors up a bit too.

Their number is 7p per minute, plus your network access charge, which for mobiles is typically around 50p/minute. So 57p/minute to call them. That's pretty pricey - a fiver for a 9 minute conversation.
-
Did a bit of reading - thinking front footwells, doors, rear seat back/base with MLV and closed cell foam might be the way to go. This sound about right? Would add about 15 kg, mostly from the MLV.

I'm in no hurry, thinking before summer timescale rather than tomorrow.
-
For comparison: original is about 10 seconds to boot, though bluetooth is a bit longer, more like 20-30 seconds to connect (mine is the sat nav HU). I'm thinking about sorting my sound out a bit. Which sound deadening material did you go for Ross?

Another chalk test for track is to put a line around the sidewalls to see how much the tyre is rolling over on to them.
-
They'll make them in whatever colour you want, though I rather prefer the suede 'R' version myself.

Why go half measures? Get some of these: http://www.vitallo.com/en/collection/monopostoline-ndash-passion-in-racing/models/monoposto/

Is there anything else I can try with my suspension before replacing it

Also bear in mind a Golf R has higher drivetrain losses than a GT86 (the extra diffs suck up some power), its probably only about 240 WHP itself and getting on for 300 kg lardier. -

You you want to convert from metric to imperial, multiply by 56. So a 6kg spring is around 336 lb. -

I'm very happy with the ride on my Flex As - it's better than stock on the road, and much better on track (I think the camber is the big factor for track). Hydro bump stop is nice, you can feel it catch the piston sometimes and it's a lot softer than just slamming into a rubber stop. Note that if you really push it it will just bang though. Mine also passed the girlfriend test - she said it rides better than most other cars, including the Audi A4 I had as a courtesy car. -

You want the 17 inch ones that fit over the brembo brakes. -

"Fuel Force" turbo, seems legit, what can possibly go wrong? -
I always get stuck behind some muppet through there.

Plenty kicking around on Ebay - you're looking for an Impreza STI spare ideally.
