Any more for this? Roll up, roll up get your track time here! etc.

Work are being funny about holiday time, so I'm not sure if I can get the time off for this now. Should know by this evening and then I'll book if I can.

AFAIK either one of the OEM cats will pass an MOT alone. Both is probably an advantage during type approval, and potentially in places like California which have very strict emissions rules.

Cosworth comes with ceramic coating though which adds a few hundred to the cost...

You're looking at around £400 for a manifold. It's not cheap!

I have a 1320 performance UEL header and overpipe waiting to be fitted this weekend. It seemed like the best bang for buck of the catless UEL headers. Even with the weak pound against the dollar it was still much cheaper than anything available here (under £500 landed) and less than half the price of the ACE. In terms of noise and power gains, I'll have to see once I get it on a dyno. I mainly went UEL for the sound and for reduction in torque dip; I'm less bothered about a couple of hp either way right at the top end.

I was thinking I'd stay with a friend in Aberdeen on the 9th, so I'd drive across and join you in Inverness on the morning of the 10th, assuming a really early get away isn't planned.

Are extra rooms/beds likely to be available at those hostels?

I'm not in Macc, but they are one of my closest dealers. Whoever said it's grim up north was talking cobblers.

Hello all, figured I'd sign up here and say hi. Hopefully see a few people from here at Bedford in Feb.

Anyone else had chance for a play in the snow?
Rich replied to Nicebiscuit's topic in Non GT86/BRZ General Chat
Starting to settle here now, while I'm at work. No doubt it'll all be melted by the time I go home. -

There's plenty falling, I could easily get some off the rooftops. -
Yep mine are warm in under a minute, and on full setting they are uncomfortably warm.

Not settling here. -
I hit it too fast when I had Mark the instructor in the car, ended up running really deep through it. It was nice when you got it spot on though.

This'll be a good test for my new exhaust and remap. Better get it noise tested first though...

Oh yeah, that was an awkward one.

Which turn is that?

I'm paid up now.

I have just booked that week off work (and Friday 8th). Lets do this.

I might be up for Snetterton in April, I'll have to check dates. I have relatives out that way which makes accommodation cheaper.
-
The day after mine is booked in at TD. Maybe we'll have to do a comparison at the open day.
