So I got the wheels on and got a few pictures at a show the other week And for anyone that doesn't know, this car is FOR SALE! so any interest, please message me.

So back in August I bought my 86, I always loved these cars and to own one at 21 was like a dream come true. It came with 22k on the clock, half leather interior, Cruise control, and sat nav. I absolutely loved it! After just 2 weeks in to owning the car I visioned exactly how I wanted it to look. So firstly I ordered my air lift performance front and rear struts. These had to be ordered from America because the demand for them is so low in this country, but just a week later they arrived I then went about ordering my management, tanks, and compressors. I went with accuairs e level management, twin 400cc viair compressors, and two 3 gallon seamless tanks. A friend of mine wanted to do something a little different with the accuair manifold, so we rewired each solenoid to remove the ugly plug stuck to the side of the manifold, and went for a fully shaved look with a custom cover. 'projekthaus' being his company name Whilst he was cracking on with that, I wanted to change up the standard rear lights. I see a lot of people changing to the valenti tail lights, but I loved the standard ones and just wanted to change them slightly. So I got out the dremel and started to cut the lense off to paint the insides satin black. As well as that, I tinted the reverse light slightly, as the chrome look doesn't do it for me. Makes a much nicer looking rear if I do say so myself I didn't feel like the standard wheels would do the car much justice once the bags went on, so I went out and bought these works vs-xx wheels. 18x8 fronts, and 18x9 at the rear. Once these came we were ready to start fitting the bags. Just two days later the bags and wheels were on, and an untrimmed install was put in to attend a local meet, and I couldn't have been happier with it! Next was the push to get the install trimmed and finished before ultimate stance, it delayed me setting off down by about 4 hours, but with it all done I wasn't complaining And a few picture of it caught there Then the big purchase came, my rocket bunny kit! From the word go I knew I wanted to rocket bunny it, so when I picked the kit up, with me being a painter, I got prepping straight away! Decided to paint the skirts, front lip, and the rear diffuser first. I've decided the kit is going to be painted matte metallic black, just so it stands out that bit more. Just before fitting it all, unfortunately someone decided to drag a key down the side of my car! I was devastated, but nothing that couldn't have been sorted I suppose. So with it back to being good as new, we got to fitting the lip and diffuser And here's where we're at today! Just 4 and a half months after buying it fully standard, I don't think I've been doing too bad so far Custom exhaust will be done tomorrow, hopefully, to give it much more of an aggressive tone to it. And now due to plans changing, my rocket bunny arches are up for sale, drop me a pm if anyone is interested

BLACK GT86 FOR SALE **AIR LIFT PERFORMANCE**
Eddyf93 replied to Eddyf93's topic in For Sale GT86 / BRZ Cars
Oh yeah sorry hahah! Cars on a 62 plate, first mot was done early so it had a full 12 months on it for when I bought it -
That'll most likely be a plan for the future tbh mate, I've bought them and they've literally just been rebuilt. And quite frankly, I can't be arsed splitting them down and stuff
-
I wasn't sure 100% how they were going to fit, so wanted to test them first. They're wider than the works wheels were, and have a much lower et before the adaptors. I had a very strong feeling they weren't going to fit at the et's they are, and expected to run a fair bit of camber. This is why I got them redrilled, then on test fit, to my surprise, they fit okay hahah! Although it would've worked out better on the front, I think the rears will have poked too much, meaning I would've needed adjustable arms. So in the end I think this way I will save money in the long rung, but probably only £40-50 or something

So it's been a while since my last update, as a few people knew the works wheels were sold a few months ago. Bought myself a new set of 3 piece autostrada modenas and have been looking for someone to redrill them to the 5x100 pcd, they were 5x114.3. I finally got them done and gave them a quick test fit. Spacers will be needed on the front to clear the bag, but rears are perfect 👌 Tyres will be sorted once I get back from sunny Portugal!

Yes mate, just use a really small disc to avoid hitting the chrome bit once you're through the plastic
-
It's easier than you think, just gotta grit your teeth and go for it! Hahaha the only difficult bit was getting round the little shield bit because the dremel is too big, a lot of people cut them off and re stick them, which is easier yes, but looks a right pig when you open the tailgate. So I used the dremel where I could, and used like a plastic welding iron with a thin point to melt away the plastic behind the shield. It's very fiddly, but doesn't take too long

I think black would suit any car to be honest. This is the picture that inspired me to do the little mod. Black and orange just shouldn't work in my opinion, but it really does! I may actually be putting mine up for sale soon if you wanted a set of black lights, I think I'm going to go for the valenti lights so you may be in luck!

Rocket bunny front and rear arch set
Eddyf93 replied to Eddyf93's topic in For Sale GT86 / BRZ Parts
Okay mate no worries! You should definitely buy it hahahah a carbon kit wouldn't be a very good idea tbh! Would definitely need trimming, as does every kit out available (including genuine kits) so would ruin the carbon surely? Could trim this kit to fit perfect then carbon skin it? -
