I remember it being tight but not a massive pain in the arse. Also get some seatbelt blanks or the seat belt will beep cos its not done up. Great mod will be worth the effort!
-
Or a big breaker bar or something over then end of the handle of the ratchet. Or if you have combination spanners link them to get more leverage.
-
thats where I fitted mine too, came off with a large ratchet.

There has to be away round this? I would recommend trying pace ward they are very good. I much prefer them to Adrian flux.

You been needing that once you blow yours to bits with boost.

I heard he was distracted by a unicorn and missed a braking point

@Mark@Abbey M/S @GT86Jay are are we saying that if you disconnect the vacuum line from the valve then you should be getting boost all the time? If so thats a very easy test?

The Reyland kit is great, no bias problems noticed and the BBK is my favourite thing about the car! Yes its better than force induction! Lots of pics of the install and sizing here in reference to my rota 17x7.5 et48 http://s255.photobucket.com/user/Rich196/library/Brakes 86?sort=3&page=1 Could probably get them under oem wheels with spacers.
-
Ah thank you for that. If you VX is current I will be interest to see how you feel about the 86 back to back.

Nice to see a project! Good luck! Category N isnt a write of category I recognise is it a new thing?

Go and find another local dealer and drive another one! Dont let a poor dealer experience put you off the car!

Reusing the cone gasket when fitting new exhaust

I mean its not awful to get at so if you cannot to get wait to get your exhaust fitted you could try the old one, and the swap it out for a new one when you get it -

new. always new. -
what does that do?

You should love this kit Lauren, same as mine all be it I have got floating discs and harsher pads. My favourite things about the car now isnt the charger, its the way it stops. First track day with them on WOW. Braking points can be far more consistent and later.
