Good to here, I’m TD turbo’d too and am hoping to get it done through RRG at some point.

I am (with particular emphasis) considering selling my GT86. It’s been an amazing journey and I’ve absolutely loved every minute of it. But my life is taking a turn and it could be time to part ways with the girl. 2013 Toyota GT86 35,000 miles FSH with Toyota and Tuning Developments. The oil is changed every 5000 miles. 1 years MOT. The car is my absolute pride and joy and has always been looked after and maintained to my utmost best. Full warm up and cool down cycles, only ever fuelled with Shell V Power and detailed regularly. Now onto the meat and potatoes: Modifications Engine/Power Stage 2 Tuning Developments Turbo Kit with equal length manifold. (11k miles) Uprated fuel pump kit Uprated fuel injectors Exedy performance clutch Lightweight Flywheel. Moroso oil sump baffle plate Tuning Developments oil cooler Tuning developments overpipe, front pipe, Cobra resonated cat back. 337bhp at 8psi, 280bhp at 5 psi, selectable via the cruise control stalk. Chassis/Drivetrain/Brakes TEIN flex A coilovers SUMMIT front strut brace with master cylinder brace DDS 600bhp uprated drive shafts. SPC adjustable rear lower control arms. Eibach front camber bolts. EBC yellow stuff brake pads. Wheels/Tires XXR 527 18x8.75 offset 35 in flat black 235/40/18 Goodyear Eagle F1’s about 6k miles. I am in no rush to sell just yet. But if this gauges any interest and has the right offer behind it then I will strongly consider parting with my pride and joy. Will this be available as an EcuTek EVI Module update that we can do at home? Or via the app? Or is it something we’d need to come in to have updated?

Doesn't look like it. I didn't think the TRD spoiler used bolts. Thought it was just 3M tape?

I think you'd be right. I too have had the privilege of being passenger in TD's 86. Like people are saying the power is nice and linear. It pulls hard right the way through to red line and in all gears. The delivery is very smooth unlike some turbo's I've be been in. Not forgetting how cool the turbo flutters are! I know where I'm going when I bite the bullet on FI.

Differential and just in front of the skid plate are your central jacking points. All four corners on the pinch weld I would suggest using a cut hockey puck to distribute the load around the weld.

Ive used it countless times and had it has worked faultlessly. Good price too.

I've had this installed for around 2 weeks now. I opted for the EL setup for the small performance advantage it gives over UEL (I think 2-3 hp) The car feels fantastic! It pulls harder throughout the entire rev range, the torque dip has been completely eliminated and the car is simply more enjoyable to drive. You no longer feel like you're forced to change down to 2nd coming off a roundabout or overtaking . 3rd pulls like 2nd used to pull on the stock car once you got over the now non existent torque dip. Also love the throttle response from the tune, makes heal toeing a breeze. Coming from a guy who likes a loud exhaust.... Unless you like very LOUD! I would suggest you have a resonated exhaust system with this or any catless manifold. I quickly swapped my Cobra non-res for the resonated mid section. It brought the "scary loud" volume down to a nice deep burble when cruising through towns/villages but still has an aggressive growl WOT. I plan on upgrading to TD's turbo kit in the not too distant future (which is compatible). But until then, this package will keep me satisfied.

Cheers for the reply Jay. I've just had the Tuning Devlopmets catless EL mani and overpipe. Still running stock front pipe, but it's made it very loud and raspy. Im glad the resonated centre pipe will sort it out. A quiter, deep, non-raspy note is just what I'm after. 👍

I know I'm hugely late to this thread, but I feel it's an appropriate one to post in. Anyone running a resonated cobra with a catless manifold? I've got the non-res and have just had a catless mani, now it's very very loud! So I'm getting the cobra resonated mid section on Monday to bring the volume right down.

My cars at Tuning Developments this weekend. Im running the Flex A's. Is anyone else on the Flex A's having problems with the front lowering itself. I don't know what it can be. I tightend the locking rings as much as they will go. Could it be the preload? As I haven't touched that since they came out the box.
