Hey guys, sorry for being so slack on here as of recent times, I'll have some build updates next week though So the reson for this thread. Out of those of you who have Bunnied the Rocket, who had the most confident/ best quality body shop? I've managed to secure a 1 of 1 Full carbon rocket bunny V2 kit and will be looking at getting it fitted after ive been to new york with the other half (we're going 28th dec - jan 6th ) as I've spent what I can until then due to it costing a bomb. Obviously i know that the standard kit be it v1 or 2 is an absolute ballache to fit/waterproof, let alone a CF one... Any hints/ tips/ pointers/ post codes/ urls/ numbers/ names would be helpful

Sooooo being the sad ebay trawler that I am, I have a BRZ parts saved search. Yesterday I received a notification that a seller had uploaded a V2 RB rep kit for sale, and the massive carbon canards for them too, just thoight I'd let you guys know It looks wicked

Soo last night I decided to go to the local VAG meet with a couple of friends, there were few jap cars there, and I can tell you mine being the only ft received a fair bit of attention. One interested party was a photographer from Staffordshire, who I am doing a full photoshoot with now on either Friday or Saturday, going to be doing a range of shot styles including some light painting. Here are the two pictures he took last night, and before any comments are made about where I'm parked, 'Dub Club' is in a closed off car park and is organised alongside the local council and police, only allowing certain vehicles in, it has the capacity for around 150 cars and is around 20 mins away from the nearest house, so my parking didn't prevent anyone with a disability from parking, and it was also where I was instructed to park by the organisers. I feel as though the colour picture makes my car look like a 3D concept render rather than a real car And It looks evil in black and white

Looked at these after you told me about them, they look awesome, but without an RB kit would be too much for me, would love to see yours in the flesh with it on though!

On gentle throttle i get around 44mpg on a 220 mile round trip to pick my girlfriend up and being her home from university I averaged 56mpg, thats with a nasty-ass angry fuel map too (running 50bhp more than this kit usually does). I've found that with alot of modern engines supercharging can actually increase fuel economy. Look at the k20 lumps, they go way up in economy! My BRZ is my daily driver to and from work, and I actually use less fuel that I did in my previous car (2010 1.8 honda civic type s gt) I was astonished to see that I actually did the trip to my gf's and back cost me around £25 rather than the £35/40 it used to

Nope, just said 'we're not able to quote you for that car' I think its due to the fact that I said the number of seats in the vehicle was 2 instead of 4 ( as I have a brace/ harness bar and carbon panel there instead) and for some reason no one else would quote me other than admiral, however when i set it to 4 seats a lot of people offered me quotes. When my policy comes up for renewal in june I'll try again.

Is its an aftermarket diff you have? If not i'd get that looked at.

Have a go in a supercharged one too annnnd before you look into getting the turbo kit, look at the FA20 turbo that subaru make now for the new forester/ XT, bolts right in and costs the same as a greddy turbo kit brand new, aaannndd has 300bhp in stock form

That doesn't sound too good at all! Is the noise only made when reversing? The only thing I've evwr had wjen reversing is squeaky brakes...

It wont effect the carbon , just the edge but that'll be laquered and rectified, will be cutting up my carbon front fenders too 😂 Im'm stupid
