275 wayyyyyy tooo much on the front imo. Audi RS6 runs 285s and that's a 2 tonne 600hp Estate car. Not to mention that it'll tram like a mofo. Also, kind of completely murdering the front end response on the car with that much tyre aren't you? But, will probably look cool as fuck.

The Cup2's got a rating of 71dB vs 75dB for the 08R in the size i'm after. The PS4's AFAIK isn't quite there with the Supersport in the dry, but is much better in the wet. However I was specifically on about the new Pilot Sport 4S, the UHP tyre which is replacing the fairly dated Supersport

Cup 2's are a decent choice, I imagine they're a hell of a lot quieter too! Also waiting for a see how the PS4S's are, could be a decent middle ground for me. Just thinking about the 08R's as they're a good £35 per corner cheaper than the Cup 2's!

@Ade Not sure if i've missed this throughout the thread haha, but is your car a daily too? Reason I ask is that i'm thinking about some AD08R's, but was just wondering how bearable they were noise wise on the commute?

Yes, for a 150 mile commute it is. I don't particularly want it to be any louder. But due to me being a child and wanting my car to go wub wub wub wub, I'm dealing with the extra loudness until I can get a HFC sorted. Then it'll only be loud on WOT. At least that's what i'm hoping

Yup, my BRZ came with the awful head unit. Just stuck a Toyota one in it as got it fairly cheap.
