untilFor those who haven't been to Simply Japanese before it's a static car meet with a chilled atmosphere at Beaulieu Motor Museum. Some great stuff in it so worth a day out. As per last year we will meet in the morning by The White Heart pub on the outskirts of The New Forest and convoy to location from there. The meeting point is just of the M27 motorway. It’s easy to get to and has a garage just up the way should you need fuel on arrival. Then once there you get the day to chill and chat with fellow owners, explore the Beaulieu Motor museum and of course all the other Japanese cars that will be on show! It's important that you arrive to the meeting point on time as we need to arrive together to be placed in to a stand. Very easy to get to, just get yourself down south, onto the M27 heading west towards Bournemouth, come off at Junction 1 for Cadnam, left off the roundabout, then left on the next roundabout the pub is right on the corner. Meeting: 8:00am – Departing for Beaulieu 8:20am Meeting Point: The White Heart Cadnam Postcode for sat nav: SO40 2NP The White Heart: http://www.brunninga...adnam/homepage/ Tickets £10 Adult / £5 Child This is a ticketed Beaulieu event, whilst you can buy them on the day; it’s a little cheaper to get them online in advance: https://www.beaulieu.co.uk/simply-japanese-2016 Note: You are expected to purchase your own ticket for the event however you need to let us know if you plan on attending/have purchased so that we can let the museum know numbers

@Bfranklyn86 No, initially I was going to but the Cobra HFC in but then just went with them putting their own HFC in. It's pricey, but it's a bit of a work of art, it's not a Japspeed manifold at the end of the dayl... Picture of it finished, i'm too excited to get some figures out of it.

I was concerned about how they would look on the car against the blue wheels. Turns out they work quite well though! All I need now is a union jack on the roof...

Little update, exhaust is obviously fitted. Overpipe was slightly catching the subframe but CGR made a new overpipe no problem and I went up and had that fitted this weekend. Exhaust sounds much better now it doesn't rattle Booked in for some dyno time and alignment with @Mark@Abbey M/S for 20th in preparation for my Brands Hatch outing on 27th! Brakes were also fitted before christmas but due to me being ill/drunk and the car being filthy couples with it getting dark too early i've struggled to get pics. Washed the car and took some earlier though!

Trackers sound like a good idea but ultimately they are useless as they are easily detected. Anyone wanting to steal the car not for a joy ride would simply remove the tracker.

Get a full refund off Milltek. Fuck them, they initially said they wanted mine back for a full material analysis. They never bothered asking for it back so I sold it on broken for someone to fix and got a refund and went to cgr. They literally deserve no custom quite frankly.

Done thanks for sorting the overpipe today! Much appreciated. Sounds so much nicer now

Will take a look later this evening if I get a moment @Neal

Yeah sorry I was moving some forums around yesterday and forgot to reset the permissions on that section

I'm sorry but at £1600 you shouldn't be sniffing at it. It's a reasonable price given your circumstances. Unfortunately if you're under 21 for the first few years you just have to suck it up and pay. That's the way it is. I still don't pay under £1k even now. They simply made a mistake in your first year.

i'd make the drive over occasionally @S18 RSG it just happened that money was tight last year so i didnt really go to much at all.
-
@S18 RSG If you don't post them up meets will never get bigger! Grasshopper meets used to see 8 or so back in the day. It's now 30+ half the time.

Raceseng do an extension arm, though it generally comes with the ring. Perhaps they can supply seperate if you email them?

It will be yes, sorting next year.

I reckon keep it, these things happen. The good thing is it cost you nothing due to warranty!

I'm going to assume that Milltek don't want my cracked milltek back for investigation purposes so does anyone want it for £100? Quite the bargain at that price I reckon, it's cracked at the front pipe really badly, the back box appears to be held together just about but not sure how long it will last. If anyone wants a welding project or doesn't particularly want the cat delete front pipe then it's a bargain. Basically it's this minus the overpipe http://www.fensport.co.uk/Parts/Model_108/Category_4/4687 Will get pictures up this evening.

I'm not sure what you're asking here? Are you asking if polishing a windscreen will help (which is what I gathered from the title) or whether it's covered under warranty? The answers to the above are possibly and no.

No, 725Kg max. You'd be better off getting a RAV4 -

@Paul you probably just spoke to a thick bitch, young lady at Adrian Flux once thought my gt86 was a motorbike. Adrian Flux being one of the most prolific sponsors for car shows in the UK. You'd have thought she'd have some form of interest in the automotive industry.
