    I good turnout, some people were too knackered to come or saw one look at the weather and said no! Was good to meet some other new faces that I haven't seen before and the food was pretty good too. The drive, well I should of attached armbands to my wheels but we all survived

    Overloaded? Explain? each 30 minute clip is around 3gb, you can record around 10 hours of footage on to the card. Already wiped the card clean. If you're at the meet tomorrow I can give it to you then

    It depends on the kind of driving you do though Lauren, I myself only average 28ish mpg. This weekend, my drive up to snett the track itself and back down to London came in at 22.6mpg! (not bad considering) Turbo drinks more anyway, 25.5 is about right for it IMO. Sarah, do what i done, get a loan.. Toyota finance deals are bloody awful and they wont be doing you any favours with it either with lower interest because they know they would be doing you a favour (if they agreed to the turbo on finance)

    Thankfully Lauren i live on a quiet road, if i didn't i'd definitely reverse in. Anyone who came to my BBQ last year will know how dead my road is only people who live on it go down there as it goes round in a ring

    I fitted my dash cam this evening, 10 minute job! Not the best test as it's dark, first impressions is the microphone quality is rather dire by the sounds of it, but I must admit this is straight out of the box and you can adjust the configuration on the PC, so my recordings from snetterton should be 10 times better both Audio and Video wise... I have set it to 1080p and the highest bitrate available, 12Mb/s i think it was off the top of my head. The below video is 720p at 4Mb/s You can also attach an external mic, i think the reason the inside mic is bad is due to it being a small unit it is against the casing and vibrates a lot as it's fixed to the window. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cHksDzOWP7c&feature=youtu.be

    No i clicked submit, but to be honest the program was a bit ropey so i ended up opening the config file directly to check and it is set to 30mins but refuses to... I didn't mean "loops" as in record and overwrite when full i mean but record 30 min clips! I may purchase an sd card en route anyway.

    I can't get mine to record 30 min loops? Is this a restriction of the 8Gb card do you know keith? I haven't got the manual on me at work but i set it to 30mins last night and drove to work this morning and it recorded 1min clips :'(

    Good old chinese manufacturing ey It may be cheap but more often than not made pretty poorly. The only thing good to come out of China is the Summit gear for the GT86. Anything plastic just does not work!

    I think the only logical reason to have this in an N/A is to tame the car in cold weather (snow mainly). Could be useful on the Eco map
