oooo exciting, these the ones you discussed at the BBQ?

Welcome buddy, I fear we're overrun by BRZ's now.... If you're finding the site running slow on loading then Ian has made me aware of this. Any other issues stick it in the Issue forum so I can fix it.
-
Let me know how it is now. If it's still not ok I will have to get Alex on the case server side

To be fair it's not a war, if people want to join up they will find it and join up.. If not then they won't two clubs with different ethics, I don't intend to fight over members and if you like the other forum i suggest not mentioning this one as unfortunately you will be banned. Not sure why I was the only one I am not the sole creator of this club.

Welcome on board, it's just as light as our forum in all honesty Glad to have you help the post count here will you be at JAE? Will also have BRZ stickers available soon! I just cannot get to the printers until some time in August!

What browser are you using Ian, I do not have this issue (I had it before making the change)
-
Should be faster for you now Ian, i've changed some bits let me know if it's any better for you.

There isn't that many active posters at the moment, some people only check the forums once a week, some people are on holiday. We are here though, some people have signed up and not said a word

Absolute bastards, someone dented my door the other day. Someone recommended a PDR guy near me that i phones up this evening. He's super busy but said he will do it for me quickly thursday if i meet him where he is working that day. Reckons it'll be done in 10 mins. Luckily no scratches on mine. It's just pure jealousy... When i took mine to my local garage he called mine a jealousy dent haha, he could tell by the shape of the dent.

I'm surprised about the numbers joining clubs, as it really is a drivers car i would of expected it to have a huge following club wise. I guess there is a lot of numbers, but perhaps i was expecting more given the number of sales.

Welcome along, if you rack up 100 posts I will treat you to some extras

It can be particularly slow if you don't log on for a while, this is due to the way the latest posts works. Mine loads fine most the time.

Slight mix up there, that looks like an Aston? Swap it for a GT86 and we're talking

Looks awesome, and something we should all consider next year! Keep us updated!

I will put a thread up when it's done, until then i'll leave it as a mystery! Only Lauren knows :32 (25):

I'm going to put this here, once it's done i'll put it all in to my blog but this will be in dribs and drabs at the moment. So what I am doing... My last install was an SPL install topped at just over 130db, this will be an SQ Install. I have some Rainbow SAX comps which i intend to use, and i'm a big fan of JL Audio so i'm either going with a JL w3 which i've had before, cracking sub and indestructible. Or i will go with a TW5, what steve has installed. Probalbly a class D amp from JL also as they are extremely small for what they are...My Plans for the boot is to either raise the boot floor to the level of the latch and countersink the sub under acoustic carpet so it isn't visible.or..Install it in a fibreglass block tucked to the side.I am probably going to go for the counter sunk option as it will look tidier, i've never fibreglassed in my life and i'd rather not fuck a £25k car boot up due to my incompetence...So upon payday i'm going to be buying the sound deadening and hopefully get that sorted, get some mdf, measure up everything. As long as i make my mind up which sub i'm getting theres no reason why i can't start building the raised bootfloor etc. I do need to decide on a headunit though.Any suggestions? I'm not particularly interested in satnav, bluetooth would be useful, i won't require the use of cd's etc if there is one that supports a harddrive i can tuck in the glovebox or something this would be good. I havent had a headunit for a few years so not looked as such yet.Obviously i will need two preouts, preferably with a high voltage output to prevent static.

This has 100% gone on the backburner, booked in at fensport on the 12th for something more worthwhile!
-
It's a nice looking bit of kit, was going to be one of the first things i done, but that idea fell on the back burner

How many miles and how long have you had your car?
rob275 replied to Lauren's topic in GT86/BRZ General Chat
