@CanaryWundaboy I had the same issue @TRDness had with the gears, infact it buggered up on my first timed run of the TSS, 2nd gear wouldn't work at all when peddling hard. Took it to toyota and they adjusted the plate and changed the oil.

Yes, you'll laugh at the pre inspection sheet. They are meant to check the car for dents/scratches. It just says "Too dirty to inspect" lol. It needs detailing anyway after it was painted so not too fussed. Plus the bumper needs remoulding

Suction mounts are ok if they are also tethered, for example if you have a dash cam, you can tether it to the rear view mirror as an added precaution so it doesn't smack you in the head and knock you out resulting in you flying through a cornfield and in to a donkey.

@nikndel I'm going to hazard a guess that they took the window seal off and pulled the latch with some wire. The recovery guy didn't do this, but he rocked up late and seemed like he just wanted to get home tbh. Currently I think it still requires an electrical current yes... But I need to do some further tests which I will do on the weekend..

I wouldn't say it's a dealer to avoid, they are actually helpful. Technically I may have broken the lock myself by forcing it but they replaced that FOC also. The only reason the window wasn't replaced was because some bonehead was in on that day from the warranty team and she refused it on the spot. As for the sticker, mistakes happen and if I spoke to them i'm sure they would reimburse. But for the sake of the £5 it's going to cost me to get re-done i'm not fussed They preemptively ordered the battery and window so I can't complain!
