I'm sure people have used 32GB, unsure on anyone using 64GB. 32GB is the max a stick can be formatted in FAT32 (Theoretically).

GPRM's carbon doors were so damn light it was crazy Admittedly you aren't going to save much weight on the roof, but like you say it's probably the most reasonable area to play with

Not sure, but I'd definitely check because I put an SD card in to something once that couldn't use that much capacity and it broke the bloody thing! Sure people have used a 32gb with no issues though. I only use an 8gb as its fine for my needs.

Doubt there will be much interest in it from the UK. I feel you can go low enough as it is, you can go low enough to cause issues on the road, why make hassle. But Americans are weird so I understand why they've asked for this.

@Nigelr32 coatings can be applied 3 weeks after painting. So yeah it depends generally when it was painted, the 86 takes a while to get here so theoretically would be ok i'd imagine. For something built closer to home perhaps not.
