Gauging interest in my OEM Audio+ 400CF System
rob275 replied to rob275's topic in For Sale GT86 / BRZ Parts
Yes it was installed around 9-10 months ago. I'll provide you my install guide free of charge http://www.gt86.org.uk/forums/topic/2260-oem-audio-install-active-suspension/ -
Hi People, I'm merely gauging interest in this at the moment in my OEM Audio+ 400CF System. http://shop.oemaudioplus.com/86-BRZ-International-Reference-400CF-GT86-REF400.htm It's that painted in Pearl White without a scratch on it. It's been custom built to fit around my EDFC though so it is literally the only one like it. Not only in the UK but the world (As far as i'm aware) Unless someone in the states asked for the same. For what it's worth this is also only one of two in the country also to my knowledge! I'd be looking for £900 ONO. I'd rather not post due to size and it's not coming out for a few months. Reason for sale is because i'm upgrading to their SL System which comprises of 2x 8" Subs, 3 Way components and rear speakers.

Nilfisk C110 4-5 X-Tra Pressure Washer £49.99
rob275 replied to GT86-Ian's topic in Non GT86/BRZ General Chat
Nilfisk are good washers, I plan on getting one when my current one breaks -
It's a BRZ anyway so it doesn't matter

The ST is a great handling car, it's pretty much a go-kart and very capable, but i'd rather have the 86. I can see them hitting 10k in a few years so you should be fine. But either way, circumstances may change, perhaps you'll get one sooner than you think!

It's typical Jap paint, soft as putty. But it's easily looked after by putting a decent Sealant on it. Nick the problem with yours is you probably haven't applied any sealant to it since I done it You generally won't need a rotary to maintain this car, though if you know how to use one, you'll be fine of course.

Red is a popular colour, the grey not so much. Think there is only a handful on the forum.

Hi, Welcome to the forum, you're right that there is negativity about the car, but ultimately that's generally from people who don't understand the car and are too ignorant to even drive one the way it's meant to be driven. What I would say though is that with the current second hand market heading on to £15k for one it's an absolute steal. I'm also from Surrey so *high five*

I'm using Dixcel Discs/Pads and Dunlop Sportmaxx RT's at the moment for rubber. Feel free to borrow my car to have a play in.

That number plate looks familiar. I'm sure i've seen it floating around at a meet or two but not sure who's it is. Probably someone on the owners club as I recollect it being a joint meet.

From previous experience, these arguments get physical.

Another one I missed at JAE, what was I doing? Welcome to the club. I think picking one up in the next couple of months for £15 will do doable. At the moment the market is sitting just above that. So if you have a bit more to spend it may be easier to get a decent example sooner.

Yes DRL's are a requirement on all new cars

Now i'm home I managed to watch it a bit easier, did faith scare you?

Since when did youtube reduce quality? You can upload in 4k if you want to!
-
Considered uploading it to youtube? It's unwatchable! keeps buffering.

The only way is via Toyota, it's just a software upgrade. EDIT: It's probably worth pointing out it's really not worth the money. Get yourself a Brodit clip and use Waze.

At least I have one at the moment

I'm not going to make this, I need to drop my car off to the bodyshop this day

Hi Joe, looks like you have all your plans! Welcome to the club. As Nick said, pop along to the Essex meet with or without GT86 you'll be welcome

Welcome to the club Jason, you've certainly been through some cars! Hopefully this one will be around longer I think the car will keep growing on you. Look forward to hearing your plans etc.
