    odd or normal?

All sounds pretty normal to me, it does make noises, but you'd expect it to, it's a car. You'll know when something is up
  2. its the mic for the handsfree as Jeff said Also welcome to the club
  3. 280 Centrifugal Charger imo, but it's unlikely to happen and if it was I think it'd be nearer the 250 mark.

The world is full of if's and buts Lauren, i've learnt not to ponder on things I've only had one whiteline product though, never again... I don't even know if they fixed the top mounts in the end but Adrian was close to throwing the lot in the bin! Hopefully the ARB isn't the same. Mark @ Abbey hasn't had no issues with them though so who am I to argue. I'm just a kid with nothing better to do

    Just found the club

Lets do one over Kent/Essex way, makes a change from the Grasshopper in westerham. Plus the food lately at the grasshopper has been mediocre at best lately. We need a new residency with a big carpark

    Just found the club

Welcome to the club I'm not too far away from you and plan on getting myself to a brands indy day at some point in the next couple of months. I think it's about time there was another social meet down this way!

    No Counter-Parts anymore!

They had the cheek to close my account down the other day because I "didn't pay" even though they were meant to send me and email for me to top my account up which I had never received

    No Counter-Parts anymore!

Of course it doesn't it's the governments website, when has it ever worked when you need it to?
  11. It's a valid point, but sims can really help with learning the tracks
  12. I'd go for the T300RS, if you're going to go for a Fanatec go for the Clubsport but I have heard of the feedback being a bit too strong on these but that said the other fanatecs are not worth considering really. Although you don't want to bother with a PC, they aren't the money pits you think. Consider one and you have a world of other sims such as Assetto Corsa which is arguably the best one out at the moment. http://www.rseat.net/ It's worth noting you can use the Fanatec shifter with the T300RS I really want a wheel soon when money permits, my desk has plenty of room

I just checked, it's essentially a Street Flex with HBS

I am assuming the Street Flex are being superseded by the Flex A as they are now discontinued? Does anyone know?
  15. Probably worth noting the Roadhawk HD camera embeds GPS data in to its clip so you can import it and display Speed & Track location along with G Force, though it cannot do anything else and you will need an external data logger for that stuff. http://shop.roadhawk.co.uk/roadhawk-hd
  16. ooo so he's taking the plunge GLWTS I await your guinea pig work on the 335
  17. It's 7am, you should have just woken up?
  18. Square = 4 identical wheels pretty much. As they will have the same offset, size and width

Brecon Beacons - Sunday 31st May

Sorry I don't quite think my car will be secure enough without a moat & drawbridge!

    Brake pad options

I'm pretty happy with my DIXCEL Pads, but that said, they aren't the cheapest. I did feel they gave up on me at Blyton on one of the corners and I came flying off the track but other than that one incident they stopped well. Perhaps something else was the cause rather than the pads. Probably my over zealous greasing? They stop well from cold(ish) you need to brake literally once and they bite fine, not an issue on the sprint as they will most likely be warm from the previous run, held out well on the whole at Blyton on a lengthy session.
