Surely you can withdraw your crime when you get the number plate and car and they can remove it off the ANPR system. Lets be fair once you have the new car you aren't going to worry where the old one is, the likelihood of seeing it is very slim in reality.

If they wanted the resale value of how the car is now then yes it would probably be around 20-22k imo

Exactly this, if they force the limits so vigorously people spend too much time concentrating on their speedo than the road ahead. It's just going to be carnage. I get the speed limits are there for safety but they work without forcing them so vigorously. Ok if someone is doing a ton all the way down the M6 something should be done about them but floating between 60-80 works.

If you lower the front more than the back (which most do by a mm or two) it would have a big effect on the distance. I have noticed mine is shorter but not drastically
