Yeah, I'm not sure what happened with your wheel nuts, but bear in mind a nut normally done up to say 100nm will generally need 10 or 20nm more force to break it loose when removing as you need to overcome the initial friction etc.

You don't want to be using a torque wrench to undo anything, if you go past it's maximum loading you may put the calibration out.

Got mine as well. Cheers @rob275

Tyres are off. Seems the GF's scales are tiny, so had to make do and balance one against my leg to stop it rolling off, but it came in at 6.4kg. They're caked in many years of brake dust. So hopefully come out roughly the same once cleaned up and powder coated. Shame I'll lose the stickers on the inside.

I'm not sure I bought them second hand with rubber. They are bloody light tho. Been wearing out the budget rubber that came on them over winter, going to take them off this week, as I got them pretty cheap as they all need a refurb (previous owner clearly couldn't park) so shall weigh them at the weekend once the tyres are off.

I'm on 17x8J 44 offset CE28. I am lowered, not sure by how much, never measured. Will need spacers if you want them flush. Probably more than 10mm on the rear. I have considered getting some, but feel adding all that unsprung weight defeats the point in going for lighter wheels. I'm also not certain anyone does proper bolt on hubcentric ones thin enough to not need loads of camber to tuck them back under.

I've just taken an Ark Grip off, will be popping it up for sale next couple of days. Sounded great, but was just too loud for me with a TD UEL manifold.

You can get to it here: Not the best photo, but pretty sure it was the pink wire. Can take a quick look at lunch.

The focal integrated replace the tweeters in the dash as well, so still two way.

Yeah, a few available. "Toyota universal android" seems to be the keywords to use when searching amazon / ebay / etc.
-
That looks like standard double din, you'd need a harness adapter, aerial adaptor and a fascia adaptor to fill the gaps in the dash.

I've got one as well, my radio reception is ok when I've used it, but tend to listen to music off the SD card. It won't pair with my bluetooth ODB adapter and am loathe to keep buying one until it will pair. They sell an own brand one but that doesn't appear to support auto power off and turning it on and off manually would get pretty old pretty fast. It's not as flexible as the Android 4.4 ones I've had in other units, I've not found a way to use xposed to properly switch the music app out with poweramp. These two issues are kind of making me want to switch to something else, but there's only a few available in the proper size to fit the dash, so if I do swap may end up going generic double din with an adapter.

Welcome. I've come over from a 350z as well, tho I kinda of ended up in an 86 by accident. Went to test drive one. "Just going to see what they're like to drive" I said. Returned home having agreed to pick it up the next weekend.
