I used the Fill & Go before and used the same 5 quid off and it works. Shell just linked the the Drivers' Club and the Fill&Go accounts together so it supposed to be easier. I added this to my PayPal so will try it out next time I go to fill up. Also the driver's club gives me about a tenner every 6 months in vouchers.

@will300 I have always thought they are the same wheels I learn something new every day then. I will be more after the Aero wheels rather than the forged. Thanks for making that clear!
-
Probably I should have restructured my question. I know that they are forged and limited wheels but was thinking if anyone has a good used set of them for reasonable price I'd be happy to take them Probably now when @Dessss got the A45 AMG his bro will change the wheels and have a spare set
-
@jevvy There was a guy selling 3 alloys on ebay but not a full set. Just looked up again and there is a single wheel available atm. I will keep looking and hope a deal will pop up. Ultraliggeras are good wheels just not to my taste. @CHOSENMAN007 Exactly! If I had that money I'd be buying Rays Gram Lights

Probably it is worth going trough the hidden menu. Put the car in Ignition ON press and hold SETUP and turn on and off the headlights 3 times. It could give you an option to enable the video from there. In the sources screen look if you have a VIDEO option. P.S. I am just doing guesswork here so can't guarantee it is working
-
I know. But can't justify spending 800 a wheel.

As per this link Mark, it says it is 2.860" or 72.64mm. Hope that helps! https://www.summitracing.com/int/parts/enk-4868808045gm/overview/

"Rotational" sound from clutch release bearing bulletin
vanko25 replied to vanko25's topic in Mechanical
Lauren it is not very clear in the video. Yes in the first part the clutch pedeal is in up possition and ind the second I got it depressed. Anyway i will be going to the Coordsport day on Sunday and you will be able to hear it live. -
Hi all, Has any of you listened to there engine at idle and found there is some strange "rotational" sound coming from the engine bay? It is noticeable on mine and heard it on some of the videos I watched on YouTube and if I press the clutch pedal the sound goes away. Anyway I just found out this service bulletin on the ft86 forum and was wondering if that is a fix that could be done under warranty? Probably @Riceburner can have an opinion on that? Thanks in advance! P.S. My car is 2013 (63 plate) and has around 40k on the clock if that matters.

"Rotational" sound from clutch release bearing bulletin

I am not sure whether to be concerned or not but here is the video to hear. Initally I am not touching the clutch pedal and the second rev up is with the clutch engaged. -

"Rotational" sound from clutch release bearing bulletin

I got mine as a used approved too and just got used to the noise as it does not sound as a bearing on its last legs. The noise will be there at all times and but I am not sure whether it is the bearing or something in the gearbox as the noise goes away when I press the clutch pedal. I heard it on numerous videos of owners on Youtube so that makes me thinking is something common. Most of the Toyota places are useless. The only place we trust is RRG Macclesfield. Riceburner (Rich) works there and I hope he will be able to enlighten us on the matter. -
Just to update on that. It turned out to be loose connector for one of the sensor. It wasn't clipped properly. All okay now.

Hi all, I have started to have problems with my sensors in the last few weeks. I bought the car in October so it was cool at the time and had no problems with the sensors during winter time. In the last few weeks though when it was warm like +20 C the problems started. There is a constant beep coming from the controller (fault beep) if I leave the car out in the sun. I have tried to disconnect the controller from the cable and leave it for 30 sec and reconnect but this didn't change anything. I guess that should be covered by warranty, correct me if I am wrong. If it is I'd wait until my next service and let RRG look into it. Although if someone else had that problem and know how to fix it will be appreciated. P.S. forgot to mention if I leave the car in the shades for 20 min the problem is gone.

I am in for that one too.

Hello buys and gals, Could you recommend somebody that could get stone chips and swirl marks sorted? It looks that the previous owner didn't care about the car as much. I got it properly cleaned today and I managed to discover loads of chips on the front (bonnet, bumper, wings) and also some on the sides too.. It is unbelievable how thin the paint is. If you know someone from the club that can do it but is far away I can leave the car with them let say for a weekend. Thanks in advance!
-
Yeah. Probably will get the bumper and the bonnet resprayed and will see how to tackle the odd chips on the wings. Then do the ceramic coating. It is that bloody holiday with the missus that is eating the budget

There was a set on eBay yesterday. It was like 35 quid for set of 4.
-
I definitely like the Hypergts. They look kind of more aggressive and stylish.
-
@Otintwee haven't taught about that. After all they are ultrasonic sensors, I used to test my ultrasonics like that for my final year project at uni. Will do the test when the fault comes on. Thanks!

@Steeps last time we met at the McDonalds down the road. Don't know whether we are doing it like that this time. Pretty much you printout the ticket that will be sent via email to you on Friday. There will be guys directing you to the car park in front of the paddock area. Then grab a drink and enjoy the cars. -
Parking brake leather boot + 2 OEM Wheels
vanko25 posted a topic in Wanted GT86 / BRZ Cars and Parts
Hi guys and gals, Does any of you have a spare leather boot for the parking brake by any chance? When I was clearing the car I damaged mine with the vacuum I want it to be with the plastic base too. I have seen some people selling brand new ones on ebay but I am not feeling confident gluing the actual boot the plastic trim. Also does anyone have 2 spotless OEM wheels that is happy to sell? I got a quote for refurbish and the garage wants £130 a wheel to reface the diamond cut. Thanks in advance! -
I will be going down with some non GT86 friends. Pretty much you will see some show on the ring road with different cars going at speed. And there will be a show area and dealers area. Some food and drinks are available as well. Last year there were loads of aston martins and jaguars.
