A visit to the very understated Blyton Park circuit near Gainsborough in Lincolnshire. Like Silverstone Stowe it is twisty in places, but with plenty of safe run off – ideal for novices and experienced drivers alike. The day will run in open pit lane format. Bring cash and a crash helmet, I went to see my first TSS at Blyton at the end of 2013 and signed up on the spot, had my Helmet with me but had to borrow some cash of Keethos Its free to get in just go into the circuit and follow it round to the clubhouse, we'll all be parked up there, sighting laps are normally about 9am ish, with first timed runs about 10am. Plenty of time to chat with the competitors between runs. Alec

Musing on Mods It's strange what people want to do changes for, the only thing I've changed to make it look better is the Oil Filler Cap and you can't even see that 99% of the time As far as changes to what the outside of a car looks like I personally don't get it, my one question every time is "Does it effect how it drives". How it looks from outside ? I don't care, as I only see it from inside when driving it But I still like reading about what those of you with the modding bug are planning Alec p.s. it just struck me I did do a mod that alters the external appearance of the car, I painted my Brake Calipers Red, cost about £8 for the can of engine enamel (unfortunately the supposed 400C engine enamel couldn't cope with Oulton Park and on the fronts I need to redo the burnt bits )

I've added this to the calendar for August http://www.gt86.org.uk/forums/calendar/1-club-calender/08-2015 If you're going and on Facebook, you can create an event on there as well and share it to the Facebook Group, this often gets a response from people who don't check the forum calendar

As I'm running stock in TSS I will need to replace my Primacys some time this season, any new owner considering replacing theirs as I'll buy them off you if they have a reasonable amount of tread left Alec
