Will be interesting to see how this responds on a completely stock car. Even stock exhaust? Wonder how it'll sound. Best of all more power on 7" stock rims!!!

## Special Offer ## GT86/BRZ/FR-S Exhaust Systems From Tuning Developments
GT86Jay replied to Mike@TD.co.uk's topic in Tuning Developments
How are you finding the noise levels with this? Is your current exhaust system completely un-resonated? Videos please -
How does the conversion kit work? The original stock bumper requires cutting?

Happy birthday Keith! Have a good one!

Awesome mileage! I thought mine was high! But amazed at the wear you've got out of the tyres! I managed 14000 miles and a track day and my tyres were on the limit!

Unfortunately not! It was a promotional 'marketing' day for people to look around and join up. Whilst there was a pretty good space to do some donuts. Would have been inconsiderate and against H&S I think! Although for the short time it was parked up it got just about the same amount of attention as the Apache! Just for different reasons.

So thinking about this from a future plan point of view. Does anyone have any experience / knowledge to suggest if there is a 'sweet' location for the Cat? I am currently running Stock manifold with a full non-res 2nd Cat Delete exhaust. Future plans are to get a new manifold. But the question is... Is there any difference in having a Cat in the Manifold or the Front pipe? My options are to either get a high-flow cat in the manifold, and leave the 2nd cat removed, or replace my front pipe with a cat and have the manifold catless? Wondering if there are any benefits / advantages to either?

Really interested in this!? I'll need a cost for the Catted version, please. And do you know if the CAT is good enough to be MOT compliant on its own?

For reference to Keethos. Here is what I done... Anodised the Struts and Battery Tie Down. I also have the blue version of the oil filler cap you have. I went for the blue to match my Cusco kit when I get round to fitting it.

Sounds like awesome fun! Would have been great to be there and enjoy a few passenger laps! Bet that was an experience! More power?! Incredible! I drove Dave's Manual Turbo at the weekend and it's insane amounts of power! Glad you had fun and an incident free weekend! Can't wait to see the beast back at a meet!

Toyota Touch (& Go) Video Input for Telemetry using Torque Pro
GT86Jay replied to GT86Jay's topic in ICE/Electrical
Still working that out Keith, My system cost me about £80 to get running but it was crude / cut wires etc. Have ordered a few plugs to hopefully get a plug and play harness built. Once i've done this i'll have an accurate idea of the cost of bits. The most expensive bit is the actual PC. But am working on getting thoose cheap too! -
Did you discover this by trying?

Toyota Touch (& Go) Video Input for Telemetry using Torque Pro
GT86Jay replied to GT86Jay's topic in ICE/Electrical
Yeah default apps just take over the screen. Including when you put it in reverse. The camera still works etc. Just treat this input as any other. Bluetooth for example. Rather than showing the track and album art work it just shows the video input. And absolutely Keith! Good thinking. This is what I've actually done. I use my iPhone to connect and control it. Works really well as its a direct connection. The android pc acts as a Wifi hotspot which my phone then connects to. I've also go on order a small 'airmouse and keyboard' about the side of a remote control but has a full qwerty keyboard and track pad mouse on it. Anything Android can do. This can pretty much do. -
Toyota Touch (& Go) Video Input for Telemetry using Torque Pro

This can be done Keethos, but I have also added two audio RCA inputs in the glove box so that you can input audio in via these. The two audio RCA inputs in the glove box basically mimic the front aux port. You can of course play any music that is on the android pc, via ipod, usb or SD card. Unfortunately because the telemetry input is technically a new 'source' it also switches audio. So there is no way that I can see of being able to have the Bluetooth or iPod audio source whilst looking at the telemetry screen. But hopefully with the airplay / bluetooth streeming to the android pc should be pretty seamless and easy. I've been using the Aux port on the front and have noticed no loss of quality! Although not having the skip / back buttons is annoying! No problem Keith. I'll let you know when it's all ready to go. It can be installed now with a little extra work, but hope to get the plug and play kit sorted pretty soon! -

Also got the Airplay server working this morning. The android box now works as a Bluetooth or WiFi Hotspot. When an iPhone or iPod is connected, you get the usual 'airplay' icon on the phone and can set the audio output of the device to play through the Andorid pc. Meaning I now have Telemetry and my iPhone Spotify / iTunes playing. Will be working on something for android users too. -

Yeah if your headunit has a video input then you should just be able to plug in the Andorid PC, install torque and you're away. The difficult bit on this one was getting the Toyota Head Unit to accept the video signal. I'm now trying to source the plugs to hopefully make a plug and play harness. -
I like the shape of the steering wheel on this. The rest is too much. Too much red and too much carbon. That's a horrible rear view mirror! Borrowed it from a BRZ?

Will try a restore this evening. Did everyones time of arrival change ok? Mine is still an hour out? Which would suggest the sat nav isn't in line with the Satellites.
-
Anyone elses sat nav messing up since the clock went back? It think i'm in the middle of a field about a mile a way from where I actually am at any time. It seems like the map is an hour wrong or something? Can't seem to find a time setting, but i've read it can be down to the satellites not being in sync with the car maps.... Anyone else having problems?

Awesome! Nice work. Can't wait to see it at the next meet!

It was a fantastic weekend for me! The roads were incredible, thoroughly enjoyed it!Thanks to Rich for letting us use the workshop! Hope all that had cameras fitted are happy and didn't reverse into anything on the way home! ;)Narnie -> I do remember thinking 'Ohh a Type R giving it a rev along side...' - Was going to give my Cobra Non-res a rev. But was too late. Great pictures guys! -
I asked Adrian if it was possible at Fensport. Apparently you can but it's A) there for a reason. By making it slightly quieter you would then have to have it louder for longer. Adrian's conclusion was there's not much you can do about it apart from physical resonator. EcuTek tune won't help.

Abbey Motorsport Sprintex SC kits upgrades
GT86Jay replied to Mark@Abbey M/S's topic in Abbey Motorsports
Could you explain the main difference between the intercooled and non-intercooled version? I've already got full EcuTek Licence + Full 2nd Decat Exhaust.
