Is the HKS system better than Cosworth ? -
I would get a twin adapter & run the power from the glove box socket. https://www.blackboxmycar.com/blogs/news/95277127-scion-frs-subaru-brz-toyota-gt86-2-channel-dashcam-installation

You may of seen some videos that say you need to remove the side panels when taking the rear shelf out, After speaking to another member I found this is not the case & as I had already removed the oem rear brake light wanted to get this done. First start off by dropping down the rear seat back this will reveal four plastic clips that need to be removed. Put your fingers under the middle of the fabric & gently lift & work your hands left & right to release the four clips holding the shelf to the metal body of the car, once done lift a little in the middle & pull one of the ends out. You'll notice from the picture above the long bit of plastic has been removed, Im not sure if its really necessary to remove this but if you do its only held on with three clips both sides, lift & rotate & its off. This is the underside of the shelf showing the two centre clips & the plastic welds that will need to be drilled out to remove the main body of the brake light. Once you've recovered the shelf this slot on the right. Attaches to this. Refitting is very easy. And you could end up with a much better view out of the rear window.

CK better than the rest of the market
GT86-Ian replied to ChrisKnottIns's topic in Insurance Companies
Why give out that information so they can just beat it by £5-£10 Just called CK & as my bhp has gone from 200 to 300 they are unable to quote me. -
Jake I called Fensport today for some more service details as I've lost the paperwork, Turbo was fitted 8/11/13 @ about 11,000 Miles, cars now done 34,720 Coilovers are Tein Flex Z's as Pauls said above. The car has also had interim oil changes when the turbo was fitted & 01/9/14,16/4/15 using Millers oil at Fensport. Only issues with the car are tiny cosmetic ones, the dash panels might need to be re done & I'm having issues with the DAB radio reception but I've been told this might be down to the p3 cars guage. Hope this helps Ian PS the car has some APR carbon bits under the bonnet I've not mentioned.
