Isn't it a better idea to have more tread on the front wheels than the rear? I know the rear drives the car but when it comes to steering and braking, its all about the fronts right?

BC Racing Coilover Kit for GT86/BRZ/FR-S
Keethos replied to Mike@TD.co.uk's topic in Tuning Developments
Ah right....sorry, I understand now thanks Mike.......I take it it's quite easy to fit as long as you've got some spring compressor clamps thingys and the right spanners/wrenches? -
LOL, if this was a movie, this would have ended horribly for the Llama.....Hang Over style On a serious note, I just watched the video about the killer wasps in China Bloody hate wasps......and hornets.....evil things!

Well something had to give I supposed, they are pretty cheap cars for what you get power wise, to compensate for all that extra power, they skimp on quality like the cheap interior and less advanced suspension systems etc.

BC Racing Coilover Kit for GT86/BRZ/FR-S

I'm keen for a set of these, but I need to get my alloys first and see from there. Just a note Mike, if you are offering fitting for free, why is it more expensive then fitting it ourselves? Should they not be the same price? Or am I missing something? -

Sorry guys I couldn't make it today, I went to bed a lil late and got up even later (much like now....I soooo should be in bed as I've got work in the morning ) so didn't bother in the end.....need to start saving the pennies. Was it a good day then? How many GT86's were there today then? Did you get to checkout Mike's new exhaust system? Did you get a higher reading this time Alec and how did the other GT86's do? -
Here you go Rob, to show how certain I am that Steve has one of these: http://www.gt86.org.uk/forums/index.php?/topic/771-cheap-way-to-get-a-shark-fin-antenna/ Hmmmmm.....is mine just a dodgy one then? I've removed the rubber bit on the underside and instead of it being tucked away, I'm guna give it another try but this time I'll just have the rubber seal/bit resting infront of the base of the aerial, this way the rubber sits a lil further out and hopefully seals the aerial better and leaves no gaps.....but if it still does....I'll have to give the sell a bell and see if he can swap it

Good work tegunulgener, sorry your post got lost, doesn't seem to be the only one but hopefully the last! I need to start sorting out some of my chips on my car me thinks
-
Keith, when you say drivers club ones, are you referring to the ones that Alec has on his car? If so, sadly Alec had these created for himself when was at JAE this year at a certain stand there, we currently don't have any stickers with the full drivers club name on there, just out logo along with the URL's for either the GT86's or BRZ's! Is it feasible to get some actual Logo + "Drivers Clubs" stickers being made up too Rob?

As if he's not mentioned this on here before.....hmmmm.....could be tempted now that I've got the exhaust on.....but maybe I should wait till the exhaust has been ran in fully......if that makes a difference at all? What time you guys guna be there? I also shouldn't really as I'm spending waaaaaay too much on fuel with all these meets and stuff I'm skint -
That's cos this isn't the mega expensive Beat sonic ones what go over the original aerial base, this is the one that BRZ2 and tegunulgener brought (I believe) which replaces the original aerial completely.

Is everyone having to sign in every time they visit at the moment? Is there a way to stay signed in? Not a major issue, just a bit of a ballache if you have to pop in and out every so often.

LOL, I know what a rally is....just not heard of the Tempest Rally what that particular rally consists of How did it go anyways Shiny?

Awesome stuff guys!

LOL, not only that, I read this morning from an Autotrader article that the car with the most depreciation after 1 year is the Cadillac CTS-V, new car price: £68,957, price after a year: £22,335, percentage of value kept after a year: 32%. They showed the top 5 best and worse, most worse being primarily american......though anyone heard of a Perodua Myvi before? http://www.autotrader.co.uk/articles/2013/10/cars/top-5-least-and-most-depreciating-cars-of-2013

Ignore me peeps....I've sussed it.....Google was auto populating the field (so the fields appeared yellow) which for some reason would not keep me logged in....so clearing the fields and manually typing in the info again kept the fields white and now I remain logged in :+:

Just so you know, if you click on any of the main thread headers on the home forum page (e.g. General, Technical etc.) you are taken to a "Sorry, we couldn't find that!" page.
-
Hey, Do we know how many threads have been lost due to the move and if they're still recoverable? I know you mentioned Will's thread but I've also noticed I think it was tegunulgener's thread about his cheap fin aerial install.

Come on Rich!!! More info!!! More Pics!!!

No idea what this is but best of luck anyways!
