    Any Pokemon Go players

Some of my colleagues at work managed to download the american version first and started playing it, I eventually jumped on just to see what the fuss is about and I'm kinda into it now....still don't go out for mega walks besides last week when I was in Preston for business, had to go to the post office and ended up in a very big and beautiful Park in the hot sunny weather with lots of people out and about doing exactly the same thing......can't say I would have ventured off anywhere if I wasn't playing Pokemon. Lucky enough to have a Pokestop right by our office but even then, I'm either busy training or out and about on business to be sat in the office at lunch for a Lure party.....though on one lunch break this week I managed to jump 3 levels because of a lure party mixed with a incense, a lucky egg and a load of evolving of low tier Pokemons. Only Level 15 with a 461 Hypno being my max Mon at the moment.....also beat/captured my first Gym today at the hotel in Scunthorpe.....turns out it was Dan Steep's Ratecake....thanks Dan Another funny story, I was at Red Bull for a day this week and right outside their entrance to their building is a Red Pokegym.....some of you may have already read this but I had to delete that post on Facebook....made the mistake of "checking in" there.....not very professional of me

    Preparing bumper for TRD canards

IPA can't go out of date can it? And what if you leave it in the sun? As I have a bottle sat on a window sill for a couple of years now....

Sorry to hear Rich, my mate got rear ended the other night......for the 3rd time within a year/year and a half.....on the same bloody roundabout. Hope it's nothing too serious and that you're OK....does that mean you won't be joining us tonight/tomorrow?

Probably depends on if you need a quick sale or whether you want a bit more out of it. Besides CEX and probably even Game now, feel free to post something up on our for sale section with pics etc.

    HSD Monopro coilovers

Lol, I can imagine you putting up with anything if you can put up with your exhaust
  6. LOL I would have def masked them up because the alternative would be to apply more spray to them, plasti dip only really peels off nicely when there's plenty of layers, just partially covering a surface makes it really difficult/time consuming to remove unless you have the removal solution that some companies sell that thins it.

    HSD Monopro coilovers

I've got them and only really got them cos they were 2nd hand and going really cheap. They come with 9kg fronts and 7kg rear so pretty stiff, but no stiffer than my Clio with the Cup pack so I can live with it, handles big bumps very well and even better on track but you do feel every little defect on the road. I've actually started to get a rather loud knocking noise from the front driver side. I tried e-mailing them via their website but I don't think it's working, either that or they're ignoring my messages as I asked if they can be serviced and rebuilt. I'm very tempted to change them for something else at the moment and Teins are definitely up there on the list.

    Rat86: yay or nay?

FYI, the front wings, doors and rear quarters do rust: To be fair @undercharged I did think about it.....even played on the idea of turning the car into a proper TwoFace look to it but thought it'd be a lot of work to make it look right and even then, I'd probably only love it because of the work done to it and the idea of it, nothing beats an actual shiny mint car. It'll definitely be interesting and unique, and it doesn't matter what people on here say, you need to be 100% sure that you'd be happy with it. As rob mentioned, I eventually saved up enough money to get it fixed and go aftermarket with certain bits, even a whole new colour too which I love more than the whole TwoFace look. P.S. sorry to hear this, can't believe how much damage hail can cause, hope you get it sorted mate and keep us posted either way.

Welcome to the club, feel free to post any pics up, we all like pics here. Don't much with the car? Mods? Trackdays etc?
  10. What's going on with Sam's tyres? Is his paint coming off his wheels?
  11. Nice pics. What's the shiny blue tank behind the Sprintex?

    Suspension

GPRM race team can supply Koni stuff I believe but have testing facilities to measure the damping and rebound rates etc. No idea if they'd test people's suspension on request or not.

Was that an easy task? Need to do anything in particular? I'm continuously deleting stuff off my 500gb drive since I've managed to fill it.

    Gaming Thread

Currently playing DiRT Rally, very good and has built-in leagues that someone could set up and people could join. I've got Project Cars for the PS4 and Assetto Corsa on the PC (though haven't touched it yet, I'm more of a one game at a time type of person). Was originally going to get a Fanatec system (used to test various steering wheels at Codies and they were by far the best wheels, didn't really rate the Thrustmaster T500 as I always thought they were just big, bulky and over powering FFB wise) but never got round to getting one and the prices seem to continuously increase.....then I got to a point where I said that I'd rather spend my money on my car rather than a racing wheel that I'd use occasionally.....but when the G29 was a sale at Currys, I thought what the hell, loved the G25 and G27......I was even contemplating getting the G907 for when I eventually get an Xbone....it would have still been cheaper than a Fanatec wheel.....but I didn't bother in the end....plus no idea when I'd get round to buying an Xbone.

Yeah the stock intake is pretty good, most people change the intake system for the sound more than gains. Quite a few people are using HKS panel filters but there's plenty out there (though HKS is easier to fit because the filter has a nice solid frame around it so it's easier to get in compared to some that are just the filter on it's own which can be tricky to get in as they can get caught on the clips/edges of the filter box).

Lol, I actually used to hord things to watch for when I'm away on business but more recently I've been taking my PS4 with me and the company projector [emoji16] I even specifically changed mobile network to 3 for unlimited data, even though 3 have a 9gb tethering limit, for some reason tethering the PS4 doesn't count [emoji38] and another note, if you're staying in a premier inn, the Internet (even the paid version) is restricted to general web browsing only so no online gaming etc....not sure about PC online gaming but no PSN.

MOT stands for Ministry of Transport, an old term for a defunct department that never changed. +27hp/+30Nm seems quite high just for a remap, I'm assuming you're using an EcuTek remap? I've had my air filter and exhaust system changed (including the 2nd CAT delete) along with a remap and I've only gained about 10-15hp I'd reckon and about the same for torque probably.

    Oh FFS, not again...

I don't know what's worse, one big hit or multiple small ones... Plus I'm sure I'm winning, mine wasn't covered insurance wise.....[emoji16] [emoji24]

    Oh dear!

Wow.....it reminds me of the video of the valet who tried rev'ing the engine of a lambo to show off but some how manages to knock it into gear, launching it forwards into another car.

To be fair it's easier if you do, the paper template is a right faf as it just flops around. Quite a few people have done it that way on here.

Just print the last 2 pages like any other document but make sure you set the printing settings to print to scale rather than fit. Once printed, just cut the top off the last page and over lay it with the first page of the template so they line up....simplez....the instructions are on the pages themselves....i.e. printing at 100% and where to cut etc.
