I did, but it still lifted up in the corners, I'll give them another try, my first attempted did better but don't know if it was because of a better wrap or something.

[emoji31] nooooooo not you Jamie...not you too! [emoji24] I thought you were going TD Turbo??? [emoji12] Even though I don't fully understand your first paragraph, I'm really sad to see you leave dude! Please don't be a stranger and keep in touch mate, more than happy for you to attend any events mate, always a good laugh!

@Nicebiscuit - earlier cars didn't have a carbon fibre look, it was actually the funny T pattern which would make people think it was carbon like (same funny T pattern as the pattern by the speedo)
-
Anyone know if you can get this style none carbon versions?
-
Looks good, how did you find the corners? Mines started to lift in the corners already.....

Sounds good Rich and good gains, love the deepness of it, just not a big fan of the raspy part personally, though think that's the Milltek rattling not the manifold so would love to hear this on a Cobra system.
-
Arh that's why they look familiar, I saw them in Steve's while it was parked up at Fensport onetime.
-
I've witness a few and one first hand But still very rare
-
Yeah same here, more confident braking with my toes and throttle with my heel
-
Sadly not Ade, it's a busy period at work then so no time off available
-
They look awesome dude, can't wait to see them in the flesh. @Omer86 - checkout Ade's post on the STS Imports thread, he gives you an idea on costs I think....though not sure on how long he waited exactly but from the post, that could vary depending on when you order them and when STS Imports are due a shipment.

@Nicebiscuit - I find toe heeling easier when you're actually on it, so when at high speeds and braking hard. When pooting around town and I try and toe heel, it's not so easy without sounding like a wolly or jolting because I've applied too much brake. Think this is because the brake pedal is so much higher than the throttle that when lightly braking, it's still slightly too far away where as when you are braking hard, I find that the pedals level out more making it easier for me to twist my heel to blip the throttle.

Well it'll be very interesting this TSS year, see how much a difference it could make on track.

Ah right, yeah it's been a while since my map. Flat foot shifting is definitely worth giving a go, I keep on forgetting to use it mind you but it does feel like it's quicker when changing gear.....a spit second quicker but handy either way. Plus it's fun holding the revs through tunnels
-
You can have the best map as your first map and just leave it, that's what I've done. I do have others for low Ron fuel and one with other toys on (like rev matching for people who can't toe heel when using my car) but only really switch if I needed to, if you didn't want any extra ones at all you don't have to. Having a valet map doesn't quite make sense because when you turn your car off and on again, it reverts back to the first map anyways.
-
Glad you are seeing the benefits of a remap and glad you've started to see the benefits of the mid range like many of us mentioned before [emoji12] Also, your drop in bhp could prove that my last remap didn't lose me power, perhaps it was just the reading of that day that varied like yours did today.

[emoji24] I fly out to Hamburg that day from Manchester so another no no for me [emoji24]
-
I too have been meaning to go and would love to come along if we can get enough of us to go (also probably depends on dates). Just not sure if I want to do it in my car or hire one there.
-
won't have my car and too far an evening visit maybe next time dude!

Very nice, I was very close to getting a pair of these after my crash but couldn't get a definite answer weather they came with HIDs or weather I'd have to fit my HIDs to them. Did yours come with them and how much if you don't mind me asking?
