Oooo, I want the JR3's, how do they differ to Rota Grids Chris?
-
You still sold on the Cobra exhaust then Faith? You didn't ask me for a ride.....I feel left out [emoji30]
-
I didn't even think about how lowering the car lowers the lights....interested to see how this turns out.
-
Aye, good to meet new and old members, great meet Faith!
-
How come you're not using the 3 point brace Stan?

Also some, welcome along Galaxian! So are you down then Nik? It seems like the general consensus is the 21st but we've still got a couple of weeks yet. I'll actually set a cut off point of the week before i.e. Friday 13th or Sunday the 15th so I can finalise numbers and actually book some tables for us (thinking best to avoid the 14th to make the booking due to Valentines day so will either try the day before or after to book just in case). If no one has any objects with the DC6 Diner that is, shall well we say meet up about 11:30, have the tables booked for 13:00, this way it gives people plenty of time to turn up, have a quick chat before grabbing something to eat, then we're free to do whatever afterwards then (as the restaurant is only open from 12:00 till 15:00). Once we're done, we can then chat, wonder around, checkout the aircraft museum maybe or have a cruise around some of Warwickshire's finest roads! Mark, if you can give me the details of the additions when you can, that will be great, and if people are to bring anyone with them, let me know please so again I can book the right number of tables etc. Thanks all!

Bummer dude, hope you get paid well enough for it though, however much I love driving, 5 hours commuting every day would do my head in, especially if it's primarily motorway driving [emoji44]
-
I've shared your post on Facebook Ian, hope this gets sorted soon!
-
Welcome to the club, interesting to see the red stripes and front lip wrapped red too. Any other plans at all?
-
Turning into quite a last minute mini meet!
-
Glad that taking on board the Prestige guys has benefited you. Let us know how you get on....I should have shopped around a bit more last time but I only got one or two quote before just renewing with Sky. What requirements did you have to have if you don't mind me asking?
-
Congrats dude and welcome to the club!
-
And better because of it [emoji12]

I don't think I have anything on so I'll be down, you can have a listen to mine too! I swear the tips make a difference as I'm sure my Cobra sounds different to those with the slash cuts.

BRZ Front Fender Side Fin Group Buy from Japex
Keethos replied to Keethos's topic in For Sale GT86 / BRZ Parts
Hey, sorry guys, I've been so swamped that I completely forgot about this. If people are still interested, I'll look into this once I get home this evening or tomorrow (I've got a long drive home after my training course so won't be home till late). I'll probably start a new thread for the group buy, get a list together, get an idea on how long we'll have the group buy open for and then I'll get them ordered. -
Hmmmm, it may look it but I've yet to have anything fall apart on me yet [emoji6]

Not as as nice looking as the GT350R, looks mean, they talk about proper suspension for real handling and what not but we'll see....and let's hope the quality improves as I've heard their interiors are proper cheap and nasty. On a side note, how do you people get test drives without being chased by the dealers or giving them details and what not?
-
What if you already have quite stiff spring rates i.e. 9/7kg, would having a thicker anti roll bar be ill advised?
-
I.e. if you wish to take part in the Toyota Sprint Series, you'll need a Snell something approved helmet or something (it's specified in the regulations for the TSS or I'm sure someone will correct me [emoji12] )
-
[emoji7] Awesome Ian! I want! Are the vents open or closed?
-
Believe dude, there are plenty of people who love cars for being pretty things and don't have a clue how to drive them. Most of us know a guy who literally kept his 86 on pads of carpet in his garage and hardly even drove it so not surprising at all. Majority of the people over on piston heads have the same opinion, not as many haters but still plenty which you'd think more of them would understand the type of car this is. There was even a massive argument when Chris Harris drove the Porsche, 370z (or was it the 350z?) and the 86 as people were comparing new to old cars.
-
Are the gauges typically using the ODBII ports? And additional sensors are plugged into the ecu somewhere or something? I could be completely wrong mind you.

Completely agree, great show on Edd's side, really wish they would cut Mark's stuff down and extend some of Edd's and some of the more interesting cars often hard some of the jobs cut short which I would have like to see in more detail. Thought it's not necessary something I'd want to show kids as like you Mr Duffy, they get paid bugger all for all the effort and labour which would put me off ever thinking about restoring vehicles for profit [emoji44] I actually managed to download them all a while back and was watching one almost one every lunch time [emoji14] SPOILER ALERT for those who haven't seen the last series, anyone else thought how retarded the kids was for selling his RX7 and then buying it back again?
-
People like them will never change, especially in the current trend of making everything more BHP orientated....it's tiresome to read [emoji58]

There is an aircraft museum of some sort but that's around the corner I believe.
