I can't live without the reverse camera... Sometimes I just drive to work in reverse just so I can watch it on screen, like a computer game but you don't get points for running people over. I agree with it not being that basic inside, yes some of the materials are plasticy but that is with most Japanese sports car and keeps the cost down. As long as it's comfortable, does everything I need then it's all I need. Besides my previous cars were Japanese hatchbacks so to me this is an upgrade on the interior too.

Glad you enjoyed it, no point having cars like ours and not use them to their full potential and you can't really do that on the road. I've thought about Bedford too as it's not that far compared to others. I stick with sprinting for now, but quite a few of them are just to far.

Welcome, and nice to see another Red car. That is a good price, mine had around 13500 miles also 2013. However it did have a few extras already added. TRD spoiler, Valenti lights, mud guards, reverse camera, Sharkfin antenna, full leather interior and I later found out it also had a remap which means I didn't have to pay for the EcuTek licence. Edit: oh and the armrest was installed.

Yea I can't seem to be able to it. I tried when stationary. £38 isn't to bad I guess, I'll keep an eye out for any sales.

I thought about one of these, I just can't do the heel and toe, my leg/foot just won't move like that. I need something to help, hopefully this might? Although looking at your last pic, it doesn't look that much bigger than the stock? Also, just out of interest how much was it? if it's fairly cheap I might just get it; but if it's expensive then I might have to rethink.
-
I like the front, not sure on the lower part of the back, especially that single exit exhaust in the centre; if it sounds good I might change my mind.
-
Any reason you want to go for the BRZ? rather than a blue GT86 or any other colour.
-
If it did break it would just fall down, but it won't break. Check one of the tests on YouTube.

They are expensive but I thought I would put it out there. Hoping someone knows someone that might be able to get me a discount of some sort. Still waiting on @Lucas@PartBox to see if he can get them in stock as he is always coming up with sales .

Welcome; and your fiancee. Nothing wrong with the auto, apparently it's quite good. I don't think there are many bodykits on the UK 86's/BRZ's simply because our roads are crap.

Welcome, mods sound good for a start .

Doesn't your car already have the floor mats? As for dashcams etc; if you are with Adrian Flux they give a discount on there approved list although some of those are rubbish camera's, but it's nice to know which ones will lower your insurance. My back windows are tinted too, not sure what the % is but in the dark it is hard to see out the rear window when reversing etc; but I have a reverse camera so all good.

That's what I thought, but see some videos on YouTube. Even engineering explained uses one.

Not been to a PH's event before. Track time is with other hooligans on track right? -
Ok, no worries, If you need stamps let me know. I get them free

Thanks, PM sent. They not big things are they? Not going to cost you a fortune sending them all out?

Beading, I don't like those horrible swirls though.

Tried AG Extra gloss protection, hopefully it helps keep it clean a little longer.

To many nutters out after dark, not just in cars either.
-
I haven't experienced it yet and wouldn't want to at that speed. However, I went round a roundabout and the whole car felt like it was sliding, very strange but also quite fun, usually just the back end loses grip but it felt like all 4 tyres where sliding; primacy's don't feel safe with them at all. Some days they are fine, then other days they would just lose grip without warning and not pushing hard. Edit: Oh and welcome

My car isn't allowed out after dark, so no need for lights in my car

Is it true that uel manifolds encourage ringland fail?
Cerastes replied to Blameshift's topic in Mechanical
Difficult question to answer, I didn't really notice the so called torque dip before as this car is much more powerful than my previous cars; so it always felt fast to me. I didn't really look at the rev counter when accelerating to see the "torque dip". However lately now I have gotten a little more comfortable and experimenting a little more; I have noticed when accelerating at a low rev it will keep on accelerating at a steady pace; but I assume that is normal anyway? or is that because there is no torque dip now? I don't know. Sorry. In my opinion I didn't notice the difference but I didn't have the car long before I changed it, and I don't do a lot of driving with it so I hadn't gotten use to it. I don't do any motorway speeds so I was always in 4th or 5th gear doing 30-40mph. -

I can't say I have noticed at high end, I rarely get it in high revs anyway; which is one of the reasons I went for UEL; better suited for my driving and daily.
