Ops sorry @MrWoohoo didn't see this. The reverse camera is where the button is for opening the boot, it's on the far left so not in the way. I would get a picture but I seem to be up to my limit? Anyone know how I can increase my upload limit? I assume become a premium member? Update on the car, got the Mishimoto intake pipe fitted and new Blitz panel filter fitted. Again, unfortunately I can't get any pictures. I still have the side indicators to fit, but that's a job for a less rainy day.

You got something planned? I just looked at the one I linked, seems a bit silly actually. Why would I want to check my emails and play games, I would be driving! I think I had it bookmarked because it has OBD2 so if I could get some apps for it, can display on screen.
-
I have this bookmarked on my ever growing list of things I would like. Maybe if I start behaving myself and be a good boy, santa will buy me loads of stuff this year; all I got was socks last year. I booked marked it for a reason, I think I saw a video of it. Looked quite cool.

Welcome, is that pic of you drifting it around the corner

Unbranded exhaust on eBay - anyone have experience of them
Cerastes replied to ThatGuyThere's topic in Mechanical
You may be right. I guess I can always try the garage that fitted a custom exhaust to my Suzuki (although that was quieter than what I wanted). I will see how mine sounds after my UEL manifold has been fitted. If it is still quiet then I may have to get a catback. -

I'm looking for the same. £330 isn't bad? cheaper than the £900+ for the Invidia one. -
I have ordered some more stuff; I haven't even fitted the other items yet. It's a disease . I just "work" overtime. Edit: I get some pics when they have been added.

Hi, I have just noticed you have updated your website again; looks good. Some new stuff in there I see and some stuff for the 2017 GT86 so I can see what I am missing. Some prices have gone up though

I just watched it on catch-up. Impressed, really enjoyed it. A proper car challenge, funny moments, good chemistry and didn't seem scripted except some of the studio stuff. I give that a 8/10 maybe even a 9/10 if I am feeling generous. Let's hope the other episodes keep it going.

Forgot to watch it I'll watch it on catch up tomorrow after work.

I have got to try these tyres or do you all work for Michelin?

Still fun for me as a daily, although my commute is very small (2miles) and the mpg is worse than I thought it would be but I would imagine that is due to the small commute. Tempted to cycle into work but then I would never get to drive the car I like to mod it a bit to keep it entertaining and to make it a nice place to be. Edit: I do still have my Suzuki Swift Sport (which I still love to drive) but it's no longer taxed or insured and can't really afford to run 2 cars.

I will probably get the PS4 too when mine are ready to be changed. I haven't looked at the prices of them though, I'd imagine quite expensive. I recently watched this

Another little addition, will try to get it fitted at some point.

Congratulations, hope it brings you many miles of smiles.

Isn't the hands free button on your phone or some sort of hands free device thingy? Sorry I have no idea, I don't take calls when driving (probably because no one calls me ).
-
But you have to press a button to receive it?

Welcome, my brother has a 350z too. I prefer the lighter type of car. Unfortunately I can't help on your questions. Although I can add that the reverse camera has been a great addition to my car.

Yay! high five Most people instantly dismissed it because it didn't have the 3 amigos. Even now, when you check that new youtube trailer it has so many dislikes (1800 and counting) but yet I can't see any comments as to why. In fact, most people are saying it looks good and the usual Chris Harris great he is a main presenter comments.
-
Can't believe I didn't watch the video. Agreed, those 3 should be good. Dare I say it, might be like old top gear?
-
Exactly. Completely agree, unfortunately it's the usual problem; someone taking a risk (which they shouldn't do) and then it ruins it for everyone else. Someone takes a risk of using a mobile phone when driving, causes an accident/fatality, police have to enforce it and then ban mobile's completely. Same with work conditions in one of our offices, you are not allowed to use company vans for personal use, someone takes one home (which is allowed but not to be used for personal use) but then parks the van where it shouldn't be parked on a Sunday when we don't work, gets caught and then no one is allowed to take vans home. I can't do a lot of that stuff when driving anyway, I'm too busy concentrating on the road and driving . Although if I am in a non moving traffic/lights then I can skip a track; but now won't be able to do that. Before this came into place, I have seen people using mobile phones while driving but never a police officer around to catch them I see it a lot when driving the company vans. I hope this deters them, as that is the primary reason for it.

Thanks. Well, I don't think there will be any policeman patrolling around my drive at 06:00. And they speed down my road so they are hardly going to be able to see in my drive, and then into my car and then focus on me touching a screen in the dark when they are doing 30+mph and even then, they won't know that I have the car on.

I seem to be the only one who didn't dislike the new Top Gear. Yes some of the stuff they did was silly and/or boring, but there were other bits that I enjoyed/was happy to watch as nothing else on. From what I remember it was mostly about cars and that's what matters to me. The Grand Tour, I thought there were some good bits, but then some stupid silly bits that were just not funny and the 'joke' about celebrity brain crash got silly. I really enjoyed one bit about the history of Ferrari if I remember correctly? When I watch some of the old Top Gear challenges, they are still funny. I have been watching them again rather than watching episodes of Grand Tour. Also, when they travel to different countries and do the show there; seems a good idea in a way, but then most of the show is about them driving about in a completely different country.

Thanks for the heads up. You can still use your phone for a satnav with it in a cradle though? you just can't touch it right?

That can't be healthy for the car though?
