Maybe it was very weird. But then on boxing day it definitely was a flat battery. @Twigman You're right, that is no way to enjoy the car with radio and air con off. Maybe keep a booster in the boot? Adds weight and takes up some space but might be a worthwhile addition.

That's weird. I had the same issue over Christmas; sometimes couldn't get in, sometimes nothing would happen when I put my foot on the clutch and press the start button; and would be just flashing the key symbol on the dashboard. So I thought maybe it's the battery in the fob. Then on boxing day it wouldn't start. So every day after work I was putting it on charge and had an appointment at a dealer today to test it/change it. I had it on charge all over the weekend and New Year's (which was probably a mistake). The guy come out and said the battery is good; test showed "state of charge" 12.72V. I also have a 48Ah battery. This will be the first time I haven't put it on charge overnight, so fingers crossed it starts tomorrow.

I kind of wish I went with the package and mtec springs too; it was just a long distance to go, not to mention the cost in petrol etc getting to TD. It's like a 4-5hr trip Why can't you open up a garage down south Maybe one day in the near future I may go for it, but will have to sell the current Tomei manifold I have installed.

I have a light sensor at home. Works very well. It even illuminates the front drive for foxes and cats so they know where they are pooping.

@Lauren Looks like you can make a whole new brake pad with all that brake dust. Those brakes worth it? They look nice.

Not on mine, appears only free shipping is available on orders over a certain value. Which is a bit silly as the next day delivery costs £12.60 which is over a third of the price of the product I'm ordering. I might as well order it from somewhere else, pay £4.99 delivery and still works out cheaper.

Trying to order something online but there is only the option for next day delivery or pick up from store. You don't have just a standard delivery?

Hi all, I thought I would start a build thread for my daily drive; I can update it as and when I add stuff and hopefully everyone can offer some advice on what to do and not to do Please bare in mind this is my daily car so nothing ridiculous. Although maybe a turbo one day, but that is a long way ahead I bought the car in October with already a few modifications already done. TRD spoiler Shark fin antenna Valenti brake lights Reversing camera OEM mud guards OEM armrest And recently discovered it already had a remap . It also has the full leather heated seats. Some pics of the car as I bought it just after a clean. I have had to re-attach the shark fin antenna with 3M tape as the back of it was coming off. So far just a few little mods Intec 3rd brake light. Aluminium Reverse lockout (pic below) Leather cluster hood cover (pic below but difficult to see). Heated seat buttons plate cover; had to file them down as they didn't quite fit. Recently added some TRD aero wings Looking at few other changes to be made, particularly the exhaust.

They are stock tyres, 215/45/17. I got some 225/45 to put on.

Nah, no alignment done. If I lowered it more, I would really have to look into that? More money I may drop it a bit more, but I don't want it too low. I also have my new tyres to put on which might look better than the stock primacy's.
