SO THEN!!!!!!! Been to work this morning and thought I know when I get back iam gonna take my motor for a spin, make the most of today being dry😂. Think again Bas¥#rd battery has died. NO jump leads cus left them in me van which I have left at work🙈🙈🙈. New battery for me then🤯. How long as your battery’s lasted? Mine has done over 4 years so not bad I suppose.

Yeah to be honest it has been struggling to start for a few months but just put it to lack of use. Definitely buggered. Hope it doesn’t mess up the ECU

Yeah second gears bit shite but works fine when warm. I found like @TTR said decent oil and shifter springs or short shifter like the TRD one I have made a big difference. Your car looks awesome by the way👌🏼

Have you kept the cold start option as mine has been deleted so it’s quieter on start up. I don’t believe the raise in rpm will be an issue though😁

I had the mishi catch can, the gt86 specific one. Was ok but was designed for the left hand drive cars as the brake lines got in the way of the mounting bracket. As the master cylinder is on opposite side. Also the hoses weeped oil discolouring the pipes👍

I have Ksport up front with EBC red stuff pads tarox discs at rear with EBC pads standard calliper. Braided hoses all round with motul 5:1 brake fluid. All admittent pads where poo until they bedded in but good now, good for road use. I mainly have mine on the car for looks but made a massive difference to the stopping power. Certainly feel more confident.

I have Ksport bbk and are great value and really good. These are curved vanes as these are based on AP. Don't get me wrong AP and stoptech are the mutts nuts but I rate highly of KSPORT just need a good pad👍

Some may fob you off with "it comes under paint work" in which only covered with a 3 year warranty!! This is what was said to me when I had rust under weather strip under bonnet. I was lucky that they sorted it for me but other toyota dealers are arses💩😁

Definitely heavier than an Audi steering as I drove my dads Q3(shed)😬 Then got back in the 86 and thought there was something wrong. Nothing to worry about it's just the way they are. I do prefer the weighty feel

Second gear is a bogger to get into when cold. I changed gear oil to motul 300 and had TRD short shifter and it helped a bit.

As long as the parts aren't for the 2017 model 2012 on will be all the same fitment with no issue👍

If you was after the factory sat nav I noticed FENSPORT have one in there second hand parts online worth giving them a bell if you are planning on keeping sound system stock that is👍
