Nice write up, I quite fancy a modest audio upgrade, this might be just the ticket.

Sorry mate. Perhaps you'll have better luck than I did, but failing that, open a paypal dispute, I got a quick response from them when I did.
-
I got them from pro-bolt, decent quality components, especially the titanium stuff (not that I went for that this time, too expensive). Some info here: http://www.gt86.org.uk/forums/topic/4797-engine-bay-bolt-list/

These struts have come off today, slight rub between the bonnet arms and the strut's bottom mount on the body, causing a mark on the bonnet arms and an incredibly annoying squeak. Suffice to say, I'm not blown away by the fitment of these and I can't recommend them. I'd be a little ticked off it wasn't so blissful to have dealt with the squeak!

Rays Volk CE28N lightweight (6.2 kg) 17" wheels
Stutopia replied to Moro's topic in For Sale GT86 / BRZ Parts
Go for lightweight wheels, but, then add unsprung mass with spacers 🤷🏼♂️ -
Thanks Rob, the banner drop downs weren't appearing on safari on iPad but as soon as I mousedover on safari desktop it worked fine. 👍🏼

Has the Unread Content button moved?

It's a good screen font. Just be thankful it's not comic sans or times new roman!

Thanks for the tip, but I'm way too much of a chicken to start playing with a heat gun round there! I heard peanut butter works too, but I've never tried it.

Looks good, nice job 👍🏼

I ran the same ones on my Zed for 4 years and they didn't corrode, so I'm not too worried about this lot.

Could someone who's either fitted a kit, or individually replaced the engine bay bolts, advise the list of sizes? I've done a fair amount of googling and can find various kits, but no bolt list.
-
Looks pretty mean from the rear!

After messing about taking bolts out, measuring, putting them back, I have a list of sizes to dress up the engine bay. In case anyone else is looking for the info: Bolt A - Wings & Bumper 23x M6 countersunk bolts, 15mm length 23x M6 countersunk washers, 19mm o/d Bolt B - Slam Panel 2x M8 countersunk bolts, 20mm length 2x M8 countersunk washers, 25mm o/d Bolt C - Airbox and Noise Maker 2x M6 countersunk bolts, 35mm length 2x M6 countersunk washers, 19mm o/d Bolt D - Bonnet & ABS Unit 6x M8 flanged hex, 20mm 4x M8 flat washers That will give you most of the OEM bolts around edges of the engine bay, plus the bonnet. I've not changed the ones on the pulley covers, or throttle body as I'm replacing these separately with something aftermarket, so they're not included in this list. Neither are the ones for the strut braces or the suspension, they're in good nick on my BRZ. I may do some more in future, I'll add any further specs as I find out. For reference to off the shelf kits, you can put this lot together for about £85 from pro-bolt. Though this list is not quite as long as some aftermarket kits. Some Of The Bolt Locations This is all for info only, don't replace strong steel fittings with soft ally or cheapo items, stay safe

Freshened up the bay with a splash of colour and got rid of the painted OEM bolts. Though I realise they might be a bit fruity for some

They're from speedline.

You can't trust OEM bonnet stays, especially in a breeze. Accordingly I've popped in some gas struts to avoid any breed mishaps, preventative maintenance FTW
-
With them off the car, you could easily do 3-4 layers, indoors, away from contaminants. It'll hold up very well.

It might look old school but it's great; easy to use, provides good protection, heat resistant, one pot will last your life and that of your children and grand children AND it has a shark on the tin! http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/sealants/finishkare-1000p-hi-temp-sealant/prod_589.html http://www.detailingworld.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=89077

I ran muteki super tuner nuts from Tarmac on the RAYS on my Z. Couldn't fault them. https://www.tarmacsportz.co.uk/wheel-nuts-accessories.html?cars=41

Having removed all the glaze hiding the myriad swirls all over my mica blue paint, I bit the bullet and took her to local a professional - http://www.autoshineblackpool.co.uk - I'm very pleased with the results and obviously can't resist some glamour shots to show her off. Hope you don't mind the self indulgence. And a few reflection shots as well. One last glamour one.

Walked round to the car this afternoon, whistling a merry tune, minding my own business. I was expecting to find the gleaming WR blue beast that I parked up last night Only to be confronted with this lot. Not just the bonnet. They've done the roof too. I could barely open the driver's door to drive to the jet wash it was caked on that hard. My freshly polished windscreen. Took a gallon of screen wash just to be road legal. Talk about a dirty protest. I need a garage or an anti aircraft gun
