Yeah, I'm very happy with the customer service at Panson, the only problem I had was the first cluster they sent out was the wrong one (same as yours) so now I have a spare if ever you need it.

With regards to LED's blowing, I've had mine since April '13 (so very early batch) and just recently had three LED's stop working, I was out of the guarantee period but still got back in touch with the company I bought them from, basically they have sent me a new side lamp and give me an extra 12 months guarantee.

Will be interested to here your thoughts on the springs, their you tube vid looks good but nothing compared to owners views. Is the sprintex the one Rob has?
