Exhaust Components from Tuning Developments! Hi all, We’re proud to launch our full exhaust systems for the GT86/BRZ & FR-S, with manifolds to follow shortly once CAT options have been explored fully. The systems are all manufactured here in the UK and are made from high quality stainless steel. All joints are flanged with bolts holding the whole thing together, no sleeve joints can be found here! At the moment, we offer: Overpipe 2nd Decat Pipe CAT Back Exhaust The CAT Back Exhaust comes with the options of being non-resonated, resonated, or our new super resonated on the mid section; non resonated and resonated are shown in the pictures. Our new super resonated system is approximately 6Db quieter than our resonated system when measured at 5000rpm static test. It is proving a popular addition to our NA Tuning Package Current Prices (inc VAT) are as follows: Overpipe - £165.00 2nd Decat - £183.00 CAT Back (Non-Resonated) - £480.00 CAT Back (Resonated) - £576.00 CAT Back (Super Resonated) - £615.00 Fitting is available on all of our exhausts, CAT back systems are currently FREE FITTING!, overpipes are £72.00 inc VAT to fit. Our full exhaust system would be £99.00 inc VAT to fit. If demand is there, we can look to run a group buy on these for folk to reduce prices a little further. Our car runs the very first system made just under 5 years ago, it makes 96Db the last time we tested it here, at between 4000 & 4500rpm. We've tested other cars over time, generally one of our manifolds, along with one of our resonated systems whilst maintaining the stock second CAT, comes in at a similar test to our car with no CATs, yet with a turbo in the system. Stock second CAT, stock exhaust, we've tested at 84Db. The systems are the same as they ever have been, Dan's UEL setup is where I would imagine it to be. Lauren's however i'm struggling to understand, unless the readings are just simply off. If a stock car with just a manifold is 84Db I really struggle to see how removing the second CAT and also changing the exhaust system only adds 6Db over the stock system & CAT. Is this not just simply Bedford being extremely strict/OTT on what they allow out on circuit due to noise restrictions? Mike

Ours tests around 96db with a turbo fitted. On an aspirated car i'd expect it to be louder again with no cats. EL manifold with second CAT & Stock exhaust we tested @ 84Db. Mike

Echo'ing what Paul said really Will. If you're possibly going to look at a manifold at some point like most others, i'd go for the resonated personally You'll still easily hear the resonated system on a factory car too Thanks Mike

This is now closed. We've got 7 names, Resonated - £546.00. Non-Resonated - £456.00. Could the 7 confirmed names just confirm whether you have free fitting (probably a Saturday we can all agree on) or shipping, and also which angle of cut you would like on the tips. Whether it be our usual subtle angle or a more aggressive angle of cut. We can then get the deposits sorted and systems in production! Thanks Mike

Can be custom to what you prefer however for those that don't have a preference we tend to do the following: 1 - Full Power 2 - Full Power, LC, Auto Blip 3 - Full Power, LC, Auto Blip, Flat Foot Shift 4 - 'Safe' Low Octane Thanks Mike

No outright Db readings for reasons Rich mentions above. Static tests its shut. Drive by would be when to try and monitor. Thanks Mike
