No problem, if I can help with your manifold/mapping after the new year then please give me a shout Thanks Mike
-
Leave the genuine second CAT in place is what we recommend. Many many people do this and the cars sail through an emissions test. Thanks Mike
-
You can happily sit at the speed limit and have a conversation inside the car. Most road noise is still coming from the tyres Thanks Mike
-
Our resonated CAT Back sounds very well and not OTT when paired with a manifold, we also still have free fitting on those Mike

Hi Andrew, It'd be beneficial to have the map looked at yes sir. Thanks Mike

We offer a solution as kindly mentioned by Jeff & Kev above. Thanks chaps! http://www.tuningdevelopments.co.uk/product_info.php?cPath=502_625_852&products_id=2567 Can use either the stock CAT back exhaust to have an almost stock sounding car, or switch over to an aftermarket system, that choice would be completely yours. Any questions feel free to drop me a message Thanks Mike

Swapping over to Royal Purple MaxGear gearbox oil made a noticeable improvement to our manual box. We recommend it to all owners now coming through when a change is being done. MTEC shifter springs and the Powerflex positive shift bush also make changes nicer and are a cheap modification. Thanks Mike

Looks great Rich, you'll get far more gains and enjoyment out of a manifold vs an exhaust system also Thanks Mike

GT86 Turbo Kit & BRZ Turbo Kit from Tuning Developments

All of our kits run atmospheric Adam . Helps with airflow in terms of exhaust sizing also. You could run a small silencer in the screamer pipe to take some edge off it if needed. Thanks Mike -

@4500rpm static test is 89db with UEL manifold. Gives a lovely bark when pushing on yet subtle when cruising. Certainly wouldn't struggle with trackday limits. Thanks Mike- 231 replies

Bringing the boost in, in a more linear fashion to get the torque band that we want, makes it very driveable. Top end power is excellent and really just feels like a very fast aspirated setup. Easiest way to explain it that is doesn't 'feel' as quick as it actually is really. Mike

Of course no problem Not at the moment i'm afraid Rich no sorry! -
Retune would be advised if you want to go back to the OE manifold Jared. Cheers Mike
-
Glad to hear you like it Greg Sounds really nice and subtle when cruising despite losing the primary CAT which is great. Enjoy! Mike

We'll post up our findings/results once we have the unit here and have tried it on a car. Stock TB is of a good size as @knightryder says so we'll see how it plays out in the coming weeks. Thanks Mike
-
We're awaiting a sample of one of these to test on a car ourselves Mike

Our exhaust parts are designed to fit with the stock items. So long as your CAT Back fits on a stock car, it should be compatible with our parts. Our manifold works well and we're very busy with removing torque dips currently Thanks Mike

Feedback from a customer's vehicle it was Ade, same kit as ours however. It is very little boost pressure though on the Stage 1 kit and it works really well. -

You'll need to keep more of an eye on your engine oil temperature than the intake temperature Tashan. Intake temps are stable for long periods and generally run between 10c - 15c above ambient when on circuit. -
Correct. Keep on top of your servicing and look after it, and it'll look after you. Thanks Mike
