If everyone interested could do the usual list but also please add what set up/exhaust you have and if you will be karting, I'll need numbers as soon as a date is confirmed. Cheers!

Provisionally, I was thinking 3rd October but wanted to wait on your calendar commitments before I said anything!!

MFactory 4.67:1 Final Drive 1 year old/7k miles Cant photo the actual parts as they're still inside the diff, and are being removed this week! So here's a generic photo of what you get! £400 o.n.o. and is located in Hamilton but happy to post/deliver where possible. Thanks, Robert

No, had it removed at my local garage who do my "normal" work! It's at home in Hamilton Jay, but if you want it I'll post it to you, or to Fensport if that helps, asap Rob, I'll keep that offer in mind, thanks mate.............

Now removed and ready to post £££offers Go on - you know you want to!!!

Mas, Love it! Cheers

Jay, the only time I can hear the whine is at motorway speeds with the radio off, it's very faint but it is a side effect of fitting the FD. Spec K's sounded identical to mine last time I drove his. Should be removed by Friday if anyone's interested
-
No, it wont.
-
It increased my revs by 300 at 80mph (Auto), no noteable effect on economy. Between 3-4 hours fitting time and over a second off your 2-62mph time. No "tyre shreading" whatsoever, you're only reducing friction through the drive train and incresing the prop:halfshaft ratio by 0.57. The only downside is a marginaly reduced top speed but if you're not in the habit of driving everywhere at 140mph you won't notice. The acceleration gains far outweigh the top end deficit. Simple mod for great results, old skool rally style!

Folks, Just wanted to let you all know that my days of BRZ ownership are over. I've agreed a deal on a WRX STi so it's back to 4 door Scoobie land for me! I'll see you all at Gaydon on the 21st Sept but I won't be at JAE unfortunately as I don't have a car at present. I'm not going to disappear though and will still show my ugly mush at events and keep in touch Mixed emotions of sadness but also gladness that the vvti fiasco is over! Cheers, Rab

Brand new in packaging Bonnet Dampers from Tarmac Sports £45 Delivered or collection from Hamilton, Scotland

How could you possibly betray the poor BRZ like this, considering the "enemy" as a secondary replacement!!??!!??!!?? The poor wee blue machine would be turning in it's grave, if it was dead. No seriously Will, I've seen Koul's car and the way he keeps it, it's a steal at this price mate. What's up with the fizzpot?

Still for sale

If I'd been forced to keep my BRZ that would have been one of my options. Which engine did they use? The older H6 I'm guessing?
-
Apparently the 3.0H6 isn't too hard to drop in. Would've been on my options list had situations been different..
-
Judging by the FT86 list it's completely random. My dealer was adamant that it's mechanical, as oposed to ecu related. Oil control valves and vvti gear being their focal point.

Oh god mate, I feel your pain. Hope you get a resolve quicker than I did. Toyota and Subaru need to address this. It is still affecting cars at all stages in their life, following no rhyme or reason. Absolutely gutted for you mate. I think the words were "ticking timebomb"...
