No I don't have one, Adrian has offered to send one up but I'm 400 miles away from the car anyway! Won't be able to do anything with it until the weekend Adrian is talking with my dealer today though so we should be making progress. They've now managed to diagnose the fault, and they know which parts to order.
-
No, afraid that's slightly beyond my current technical ability! They're struggling to simulate the fault, hence don't know where to begin. Prob with this VVTi fault is that it doesn't always log a code in the memory. Adrian at Fensport had sent me the screenshot of the irregularity (exh cam staying open) which I've passed on to them. Quite annoyed that I've got more info on this than they have tbh

NOOOOOOO!!!!! That's wrong.

Would've been up for this as we don't get much BBQ weather up proper-norf! It's my 40th the week prior and Mrs fatrab has a surprise lined up, so I've not to plan anything...... Sensing a 1 way ticket .......

If anyone told me red wheels would look good on a car I'd laugh at them ....... until I saw Lauren's! Wouldn't fancy these on a blue car, but on black or white they might be ok!
-
they haven't managed to get a fault code yet .......... Their mechanic was on the phone earlier trying to diagnose it.

whether I should assume anything about the weather!

If only it had snowed sooner ..... -
I think I was misinterpreting the original post, in that I assumed you were refering to those who said they'd done things which they hadn't! I agree, you don't tell everyone everything, and yes there is an element of "bragging" goes on, but you then also have to deal with the wet kipper across the dish when it all goes wrong if you choose to put yourself out there! I did find the insurance thing a bit of hassle this year, I have to admit. Even at nearly 40! p.s. thanks Ed!

Second that! Heard today that its to snow tomorrow! But I'll believe it when I see it! -
Why would folk lie about their mods? I don't get it .... Was the question aimed at those who have but dont declare it or those who claim to have done some but haven't?

Cheers mate

Five Axis S7:F 19" and STi springs (LFA's old ones) -15mm And a slightly larger overpipe ......

Ecutek are also working with ProR at the moment, there's been snippets on their facebook page but nothing official yet that I've seen. If the Pro R exhaust on the last WRX STi is anything to go by it sounds great.

I'll keep me gob shut on this one ..... At Fensport ....... today ........

Lol, Regards no. 3 - who'd want to see my bare bum bobbing up n down? I didn't want the in cabin footage, it was just a feature of the system I saw. Thinking it might have been in Auto Express ... Thanks Keith I'll have a look at BlackVue -

The system I saw had better memory (wish i did!) but yeah that's an option I'm considering too. Not bothered about the in-cabin footage though. -

I am keen to fit an in car camera soon so thanks for the info Keith! Few questions though. Could this be wired in to a constant live to allow continuous recording while the vehicle is unattended? I would disconnect it while it's parked up my driveway but I would like it to be on constant record while I'm away from the vehicle, car park monitoring etc. Did you come across any systems with front and rear cameras while you were researching this? I saw a system last year which had capacity for up to 4 cameras, it came with a windscreen mounted unit which recorded both front view and in-cabin view, and another cam which mounted in the rear screen. Which left 2 channels free if you wanted to add side cams in the rear quarter windows. But I cant find it anywhere! Cheers! -
