Millers? Do you not mean Evans. I don't think that Millers Oils make coolant? http://www.millersoils.co.uk/index.asp
-
For what it is worth, Lauren, I am really happy with my Goodyears, in both the wet and the dry. Adrian even commented on how well they put the power down when he was mapping my car.
-
That is semi true, Ian. it did spend some time on the TopGear track last November Monday is my cars true trackday baptism . I will be bringing some coolant (the correct one!) as well as top up oil just in case.
-
Shouldn't do so. I have had my turbo on longer than you, and apart from having to top up after the kit was first fitted, and then again after I had the Mishimoto radiator fitted, my level has not gone down at all.

Ian,. Is this the same +35whp one that Alec has? http://www.gt86.org.uk/forums/topic/1501-tss-round-1-27th-april-2014-blyton-park/?p=21115 -
Will you then also have to have rats as mods? Or should that read mods who are rats?
-
Ever heard of subliminal advertising? Look at my sig . Don't worry, I think I do more than my share of advertising for Fensport. I have no objection to sponsor adverts, it is the ads by google that truly pee me off. I don't know what revenue they bring in, but I would far rather pay to belong to a forum, than to have to be subjected to totally random adverts for things I have absolutely no interest it.
-
Don't worry, Keith it is all in good hands In case you are interested, here is another forum they ( http://www.verticalscope.com/ ) own: http://www.ratforum.com/
-
As far as adverts on forums go, all you need to do, like I do, is run Adblock, and see no adverts on any website or forum
-
And me. I am Pitman everywhere (except Pistonheads, where I joined before I became Pitman )

Someone doesn't love the car

What have I missed? Any juicy gossip I should know about?

OK, then this is what you need: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Genuine-Toyota-GT-86-Super-Long-Life-Blue-Coolant-Pre-Mixed-1-Litre-/321344278614?pt=UK_Vehicle_Oils_Lubricants_Fluids&hash=item4ad19c9056

Pure water, definitely not! I have just had a look at the spec of the coolant you have linked to, and it is silicate free, so should be OK. Your choice - can't your Toyota dealer send it to you, or otherwise: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Genuine-Toyota-Long-Life-Red-Coolant-Antifreeze-Concentrate-1-Litre-0888980015-/321386999411?pt=UK_Vehicle_Oils_Lubricants_Fluids&hash=item4ad4286e73 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Genuine-Toyota-Super-Long-Life-Coolant-Pink-1-Litre-Pre-Mixed-0888980150-/221388867295?pt=UK_Vehicle_Oils_Lubricants_Fluids&hash=item338bce06df I am not sure which is the correct one for our cars (I think it is the red one), but you could always phone your dealer (or Riceburner) and find out
-
Ian, I really would not mix the coolant. I am probably being totally paranoid, but having seen the issues that can be caused, especially with an all ali engine, I just do not think it is worth it.
-
Eagerly waiting feedback on this, Richard. How much is it?
-
I use mine for my dash cam and power supply for my Torq dedicated Galaxy Ace (dual USA adaptor in it)
-
Would you eat your breakfast off it? You have seen my car's engine compartment (just my OCD anal fetish )
-
Rich, That engine compartment is definitely NOT up the standard of Pitman engine compartments I have a few days off the week 1st week in May, I can see I am going to have to dedicate one of them to a trip to Macclesfield to sort that out
-
Looks very shiny! Has Senna been at it?

Whiteline Gearbox Mount Insert - Positive Shift kit.
Pitman replied to GT86Jay's topic in For Sale GT86 / BRZ Parts
Actually, it doesn't replace the existing mount, but fits inside the void in the standard mount. -
I can help you out
-
My car is always available for a test drive It is essentially the max you can do with stock engine internals and Shell V max ( the best pump fuel available in the UK)

Love it so far, Keith, although to be honest I haven't had much chance to play with them. I only picked up my car from Fensport late on Friday evening when I got back from the Netherlands, and then I had to 'supervise' my son fitting my AP Racing brakes on Saturday, and also had some carbon bits and TOMS tail lights to fit to my car. Hopefully I will have a chance to play this weekend As far as Donnington is concerned, realistically, apart from the Tuesday to Friday immediately after BHP, when I am off, I unfortunately will only be able to make a weekend for the foreseeable future
