For anyone else thinking of coming to this can you post up by June the 8th as I have to let them know numbers 👍

Have to agree with @Church on this - decent fluid and pads and the oem brake set up is fine for up to 20-30 min sessions. That's been my experience on road and tracks over the last 5 years or so in my 86 anyway. BBK is better for longer sessions and cheaper consumables though without doubt and for those reasons I will pick up a BBK at some point I'm sure.
-
That's not strictly true. A good, track specific aftermarket pad is up to the job. The main advantages of a bbk on the 86 is better heat management allowing for longer sessions and reduced consumables costs over time.

The Pit and Pendulum is worth a visit and Hooters...

Can't see there being much restriction to the radiator with the old version. From @Badger pictures above it doesn't seem much different to the oem set up in terms of any radiator coverage

Interesting design change. Wonder if they're expecting it to be used with a bumper cutout?

Sounds good to me. Best thing to do is just stick a post up with a date or a few suggestions and then take it from there. I know there's quite a few members around the MK / Bedford / Northampton area so I'm sure you'd get plenty of interest 👍

The Halfords Advanced torque wrench is very good

Getting circa -2.5 degrees negative camber at the front?
Deacon replied to git-r's topic in Modifications
If you oval the holes in thr front struts and use camber bolts you should get near to -2.5° At the rear there is no adjustment but if you lower it it will naturally gain camber at the rear. Around a 30-40mm drop will usually get you around -2° but it will often be different left to right which is where the need for adjustment comes in. -
Mainly we've arranged them for places we know have decent parking, aren't going to get arsey about us being there etc so they've tended to be local ish places to us or ones we've had recommended. If you have somewhere in mind though that's suitable stick a post and date up 👍

I'd recommend a Sony Action Cam. They seem to have better metering and also include the ability to show data without using an app such as Race Chrono or Harry's but can still be used with them. This is a video I recorded. The Sony Cam also allows for an external mic (as used here) https://youtu.be/T0jLWRxko0s

@Lmc does it have to be a GoPro?

Are you after a splitter or a lip? The two you've posted and the HT Autos ones are lips
